It was simple to renew

It was simple to renew. Although there was a small problem signing in. Steve at customer service was a real help. Thank you Steve. And now within 30 minutes my pass has been authorised

Answer query very quickly

Answer query very quickly.
Understood that if issues with charging station on the services and gridserve tell us to go off m6 toll to another charger we will have to pay toll twice .
Lesson learnt to make sure enough charge to get to Rugby Services .

I still haven’t been refunded for being…

I still haven’t been refunded for being charged twice
I was initially told that it would be resolved in 5 days
Now I’ve been told that it will be 10 days
Meanwhile 2 debits are on my account

Extortionate.

Does anyone regulate their pricing? Took one journey on the M6 TOLL lasting about 20 minutes which was more expensive (£19.50) than a fortnight's worth of driving on French roads including their tolls. Needless to say the French network is night & day better than UK.

They tax larger families.

Due to the silly rules my MPV (a passenger car) is considered a class 4 and charged at £19.50 each way. Crazy. A tax on larger families!

Great customer service…

One of the best customer service experiences I've had recently. It was really easy to get in touch with the Customer Support team through the website, and my query was dealt with efficiently, professionally, and courteously.

The response was prompt, clear, and genuinely helpful. It's refreshing to receive such excellent service, particularly when the issue was driven by me. A great example of customer care done well. Thank you!

You could not find a record of my…

You could not find a record of my journey even though I entered the correct registration, date and time of travel. The charge is showing on my bank as having been taken. I have never had a problem before. I cannot claim this money back from my expenses without the receipt.

Unfortunately, was not happy at all as it was a mistake to take the M6 Toll and only got a refund half! It was £18.40 to turned around and only got a refund of £9.20

We did not use the service to be charged £9.20 out of pocket

Service and response: 5 stars. Absolutely perfect.

*Suggestion for M6 Toll Management:*
Develop a dedicated mobile application with the following features:
1. *Payment monitoring* - live balance, top-up history, and transaction receipts
2. *Travel & motorway updates* - real-time traffic flow, slow traffic alerts, and diversions
3. *Toll pricing info* - current charges, peak/off-peak rates, and alternative route costs
4. *Journey planner* - ETA updates based on live traffic + toll costs
5. *Notifications* - instant alerts for incidents, road closures, or delays on M6 Toll

This would really help drivers plan better and avoid hold-ups.

Daylight robbery charged twice £19.60 seven minutes apart for a pick up, which they classed as a category 4 vehicle.
