Missing free gift

I'm going crazy I have emailed so many times. Bottom line I've emailed through very link that I've been sent each time. To keep getting an automated reply. I received my order with no free gift [Clinique Donald 4 piece gift set]it's as simple as that. PLEASE HELP.

Order not shipped after 30 days

Made an order on Dec 10th expecting to receive items before Christmas. 30 days later and I'm still waiting. The tracking status has never been updated since the day of purchase, which means the order was never shipped.

Horrible service

Ordered foundation for graduation and used next day delivery, waited 4 days then got told a replacement has been sent out with next day delivery. Graduation day passed by and a week later I get an email that my foundation has been sent to nominated shop. Customer service is useless and does not care. Not pleased with the experience and very disappointed with feel unique. Doubt I will be using again.

Don’t trust other sellers when buying from feel unique

Don’t buy from Feelunique if it’s coming from another brand/seller. If there’s a problem with your order it’s next to impossible to resolve. Bought an item from Passiflora Beauty on feel unique which was faulty. Messaged feel unique for a refund which was accepted and told to use the online return platform which didn’t work because it was from a different seller which they should have known when responding to the initial refund request. It took longer again to get a return label and the item has been sent back for refund. The tracker hasn’t changed in 16 days since it was sent on 17/09/22. We contacted feel unique to see if the item had been delivered but said no and contact Royal Mail as they can’t tell them. Contacted Royal Mail and has since recontacted feel unique. Item still hasn’t been delivered for refund and the refund can’t be processed without permission from the branded seller but whenever we contact feel unique they don’t know anything and have to contact the brand. Being the middle man isn’t working. Long story short, don’t buy from feel unique if it isn’t coming directly from them, because if something goes wrong you will likely not get refunded.

Customer Service Useless

Returned item via Royal Mail with Tracking.
Item received and signed for 15 days ago. No refund.
Only a chat line available for contact. Waited over half an hour in queue. Advisor said she would look into the return to see where it was. She never returned; I was then informed advisor had left the chat and I was disconnected.
I have now emailed but merely received an automated acknowledgement. Goodness knows when/if I shall receive my refund.

Placed an order with them in December…

Placed an order with them in December and chose next day delivery to my local Asda. Instead of arriving next day my order took 12 days to come. They use Hermes so why am I not surprised? They are awful! Got in touch with feel unique and they gave me a voucher for inconvenience which was very nice of them but unfortunately I used my voucher and this time chose standard delivery. Order did come quickly this time but I checked my emails in work and had email from Hermes saying my order had been successfully delivered with a picture of my parcel dumped on my doorstep where anyone could have stolen it! Had to go home on my lunch break to get it before someone else saw it. They made no attempt to hide it behind bins etc just left in full view for everyone to see. My neighbours were in all day and always take parcels so there was no excuse for dumping. I won’t be ordering from them again

Feelunique...a great site for non-returnable damaged goods...

I ordered Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream. It was delivered without any outer packaging. Hence, no Elemis box or tamper evident security seal. As it was to be a gift, I tried to return the product.

I could not return the product! Yes, as you may have already guessed, because there was no Elemis box or tamper evident security seal.

Catch 22... Customer care was automated and useless.

Bottom line... use this site if you want damaged goods you cannot return. I'm sticking with AMAZON!

Very poor customer service if a problem aroses…

Very poor customer service if a problem arises. Placed an order over a month ago for Christmas presents. Monies taken promptly but items not received. When customer service do respond to emails they advise that they will resend the order. However the order never arrives. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone to discuss the problem and the web chat never works. Emails are only occasionally responded to.

All ok until something goes wrong - impossible to contact and get help

I have bought some things from Feelunique during the last year and it has all worked out fine so didn't hesitate to use them again. But if things go wrong they are impossible to contact and get any help from.
As I now have found out.
I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for 2 orders supposedly despatched but not delivered. I have used all their recommended channels to reach them: manage my order-tool, FB-page, email but it is all going back in circles. Auto-response email that you cannot reply too. No response to manage my order or FB-message. Live chat is never online so hardly a live chat. I am holding out hope for a few more days but will contact my bank to cancel payment if I don't get any reply. Will never use this company again

‘SURPRISE’ discount retracted!!

I thought the 25% off ‘SURPRISE’ was too good to be true … and it WAS!!
Purchased Clarins Double Serum 50ml ; transaction was accepted and I received confirmation. Today I have received an email saying the product is out of stock and that I will receive a refund. No mention of honouring the price I paid. Will purchase from a site that doesn’t let me down in future!

Don’t rely on the next day delivery

They never dispatch your order in time for the next day delivery service so you pay for next day but don’t receive it. If your lucky, it’ll come the following day but they use HERMES so it could be up t a week you wait or your package.
Just a heads up.

Never again I bought and paid for my order and I was surprised to get a refund MINUS my delivery with strange letter that they are sorry I cancelled my order !!!!!!!!!and I didn’t cancel anything . How disrespectful

Good experience at my end

Yet again I can't help but being shocked reading so many bad reviews when all my experiences with the site were nothing less than satisfactory. People should consider that since 2020 the logistics and the WHOLE world are a mess because of the so called 'pLandemic' and many times companies are super overwhelmed and can't control the delivery times and companies. Be more understanding people and give a chance for them to come back to you; they could be under so much stress and being nicer will help you much more than being a nasty piece of a self centered individual.

Dont trust this website , I believe it's a fraud , I ordered on 1st of May w
And today is 10th May , no respond, no delivery , I am calling them for a full refund till now they dont respond as it's very hard to reach
Will keep updating post
