I think this company is fake. I have written several times to try and refund poor quality clothing and never get a response. Do not use this company

Sure wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I’m trying to return 2 of the 3 dresses I ordered and have had absolutely no response. I’ve sent 5 emails over the last 2 weeks and nothing. What a scam.

Loved all the sweaters, the colors are beautiful and everything fits perfectly!

I ordered three tops, all size large after reading the measurements. One fits well and I love it.
The other two are supposed to be 28inches long but are only about 23. The other measurements are equally off.
They also are very stiff and scratchy, almost like plastic.
I called the number and reached a most unhelpful employee. I was told I had to call back and also have access to a computer so that he could give return information to me. I've been calling all afternoon and no one answers.

Love my new shirts! Have received many compliments. I am very pleased with this company and their products!

I was really surprised how soft and comfortable the four tops I bought.
I bought a size up which I probably shouldn’t have. I’m 5’5 and 130 lbs so I should have got a size down but I will just put a shirt underneath. I usually do that anyway. I would recommend them if asked! I bought four shirts

Placed an order for 5 items. Order arrived. Poor quality materials used. Items quite see through. 2 items don’t fit. One item was told not available. One item received that I did not order. Spent £130 and want to return all the items. Have emailed and contacted customer services over last 2 weeks and not heard anything from them. Very disappointed.

Placed an order at the end of August and still haven’t received a shipping notification or response to email or FB messages. I think this company is nothing but a scam and encourage everyone to steer clear. I wish I had done my research before engaging with this so called “company”.

I consider Lyttony a scam. Their website states that returns will be accepted for either poor workmanship OR for not fitting (always a risk with online clothes). When the items arrived - 3 medium size shirts - none of them fit. I sent Lyttony an email that I wanted to return my order in full; that I have a closet full of medium shirts that fit me, and theirs were both too small, and had large puckers above the bust. Additionally, I was disappointed that one of the colors, that appeared to be a bright yellow - like a gold foil - was a sort of dirty-yellow color.
Their first response was that I need to allow for a 3 cm difference in sizing. I emailed back that 3cm additional wouldn't be enough to make them fit.
Their next response was that they only accept returns for "a quality issue." I responded that their website stated poor fit was also a reason they accepted returns, and to refuse to do so was called "bait and switch," and was illegal.
Their final response: "But considering that you are not satisfied with our product, we can make a proper compensation, how about US$11?" This order cost $85.47!
I emailed that I expected them to refund my full cost. They never emailed me again.

Took forever to receive. Tops are cute. Haven’t tried on yet, but look good.

There are no washing instructions on any of the clothing. Please advise.

I ordered clothes Aug 18 and I still have not received my order. USPS website states there has been a shipping label created Sept 18 but nothing further. I have emailed them about 6 times with no response. I will never order again and advise no one to ever order.

I ordered from this company weeks ago, it still hasn't arrived, I thought it would be a couple of weeks as they purported to coming from USA and I am in UK. I have sent several emails asking when they weill be dispatched and not been afforded the courtesy of a reply so far. I have paid $146 for 4 tops, which were cashed the day after purchase. I have been seeking a phone number or address but unable to find either. I am more thhan a little concerned!

I have left 3 message about how to return my order because they didn't fit, and I still have not heard back from anyone.

Order # 2078278 I have written you twice requesting the return/exchange authorization number or form to return the items. The sizing was not good for me, need to return. Did not get a return form or even a receipt showing what I ordered. Send emails twice requesting information to return and have heard nothing. My 30 days will be up and I a stuck with tops I cannot wear. Very disatisfied, you don't even have a number to call. SAD

I ordered a beautiful shirt with dandelions and birds on it. It took over a month to get it. When I inquired about shipping date after 2 weeks they said they shipped but the tracking # never showed a label was created. I emailed again after a week of checking and they sent another email stating it was shipped and this tracking worked. I wore the shirt ONE DAY and now the sides (threads) are coming apart in 3 places. Not very well made. Love shirt but the quality and timing are really BAD!!

Very pleased and will order again in the future. Only problem is it takes longer to get your order than other companies and take a size small than other companies.

The order was correct and beautiful when the shirts arrived, however the amount of time it took to get the order seemed excessive.

When I finally received the tops I ordered over a month later, I was shocked to see that they were made in China. From their website: "LYTTONY.com is proud to offer its great products at fabulous prices to customers across the globe. Our producs are all made in the United States and ship directly from there. In addition to bolstering the US economy by increasing jobs, it also means a speedier delivery for our US customers. What’s not to love?" What's not to love? Your lies, Lyttony. I am returning the entire order and hoping I get my money back. If you want a top from China, order it from Amazon and you'll have it in a few days, not 6 weeks!
