Product is good but takes a really long time to receive order

I bought these as gifts and I believe they will love them!!

I tried several times to email lyttony and send in the ‘please contact me’ form. No one ever replied. I was trying to return an order. There isn’t a customer service number on their website. On a review, someone posted a number: 607-438-4398 and said that they called and got a refund. I called that number today and it was definitely a scam. They wanted my cc number for the refund and immediately charged 6 items. Luckily I had an alert to that cc and the cc company was able to refund my money.

Trying to return a shirt and have sent many emails. No one has reached out. Its been over a week now. Scam

Hated the long wait in getting my order. I thought I was being scammed.
However, once received, love the items…beautiful.

I loved both of the sweaters I bought. They were true to size, they were nice quality and the colors were great. My only concern was that it took tooooo long to arrive.

Sweaters were exactly as advertised and well made! Took a little longer than I expected to arrive, however given current delays with product I was patient. And was not disappointed when my sweaters arrived! Neatly packaged!! Thank You!

I like the products I purchased. Some items I like more than others, but returning items for a full refund doesn't seem to be an option. Takes about 3 weeks to get your items, but they are typically very nice and well made....especially for the resonable price.

I order 2 long sleeve tops. Very happy with both. Shipping took a while, but happy with the tops.

Clothes are of good quality. I am very happy with my order!!!

Great quality and now I know the sizing will order more. I am size 14 and ordered XL but will order L next time.
The only complaint is the delivery time

Can I say half-way happy? If I weren't a UCLA fan I would return this item. It did not show that the sleeves had yellow bands; however, UCLA's colors are this light blue and yellow. Otherwise, I love this sweater. It is warm and fits perfectly - size L on my large breasts. What more can I say? ...I will wear it.

This top is absolutely stunning. Love the fit and the detail, and the fabric is so soft. Very comfortable and flattering.

I like the shirts I received but; it took months to get them.

I ordered August 16, 3 tops. Sent at least 3 emails, because tracking at 6 wks was still saying preparing for shipment. But they charge your credit card immediately. Online never said tops weren’t in stock. I finally received my order( no return correspondence to any email.) received order by 8 wks. Material is cheap, not what online said, or shows, runs small. I can wear a small or medium, medium is still smaller than a normal medium. Not happy at all. Walmart quality is better! Beware! I normally research these places, but saw so many good reviews. They delete and block all negative reviews. Don’t buy from them. I doubt I’ll get my money back! Lessened learned! Will give to goodwill!
