Poor warranty handling and disappointing product performance
My Lymow One developed a torn track under normal use, so I opened a warranty claim.
After almost a month of communication, Lymow confirmed that the standard replacement model is out of stock for another 2–3 months. However, the newer Lymow One Plus 5A is in stock and available only as a paid upgrade.
For a warranty claim, I find this unacceptable. The free replacement is unavailable for months, while the faster solution requires extra payment.
I also have video evidence showing that my unit does not mow even a measured 30-degree slope, despite the advertised capability of up to 45 degrees.
Lymow confirmed that they would cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label, but after I conditionally accepted the €200 upgrade as a practical compromise during mowing season, I am still waiting for final confirmation.
Very disappointing experience. Potential buyers should be careful and ask exactly how warranty replacements are handled before buying.
No support, dead mower.
There is practically no Customer service. Its been seven days since I submitted a ticket for issues with the mower. Since then the mower has stopped functioning entirely. And with no response to my first request for support I'm losing hope on getting my mower fixed or replaced.

Lymow One does the job as expected
I really like my Lymow One. I have it since September and it has been working well. I have a lawn that is probably on the smaller side for what this mower is designed. But I picked it specifically because while small, my lawn is not even and could be challenging for a traditional mower. Also, since I have a gate, I need to be present to have it do my front lawn, therefore, I didn't want to have a mower that would too slow. Lymow One can usually do my front lawn in about 90 minutes. I have had no major issues with the mower. It only got stuck a couple of times. One time it went off the lawn too much and fell off the border into the street. I made not change as it never happened again. One time it got stuck in my backyard. I update the perimeter direction in the backyard to solve the issue. I have no charging issue. Lymow sent my a set of brushes for the contacts but I have not used them yet as it doesn't seem necessary at this time. They also sent me the scrapers for the tracks. This was very easy to mount and works quite well. I did not have a lot of grass accumulating in the tracks, but this set protect small branches from entering the tracks and brushes off the grass that makes it in. Anytime I've contacted support, I received quick and helpful answers. My last two messages were addressed within 24 hours each, by Luna, in a very professional manner.

Grass cutting is good. Vslam is worthless. I have a lot of trouble with robot maintaining GPS connection.
Great Mower / Great Support!
Lymow has made an excellent robotic mower, possibly the best on the market. What's even better is the support. It's excellent. When I had questions, the tech support was caring and knowledgeable and kept in touch until my concerns were addressed. A special shout out to Adam for his caring & courteous support. I really appreciate that.

This mower started off great...
This mower started off great, for about a month, then it got rained on, even though it's supposed to be waterproof, and it quit working all together. It would shut down or completely go offline. Sometimes I could get it restarted but it will eventually go offline, blades would quit working intermittently, or it shuts down altogether. I let it dry out for a week in the garage, and it still isn't running properly. Now I can't get a hold of their customer service. I'd be more than happy to change this review to a higher star rating if they actually will get back to me. I've been waiting for over a week to hear from them. Thank goodness I didn't sell my traditional mower yet.

It is a very difficult install
It is a very difficult install. took three days to get wi fi to connect. Was able to map back yard most times it will not start cutting so far in 6 weeks i have got it to work five times only once did it completely cut rear yard,
I see much potential if I can get this Machine to work. If I could direct it while it is cutting, I could finish one complete mowing of my small yard, June 15 2026 finally got lymow to mow back yard complete every time, still not able to map front yard

Lymow tech support to the rescue again!
I had reported an issue with viewing My onboard camera live on my Android phone and the fact that I've never gotten it to work on my iPad.
Norah from Lymow tech support had me send some screenshots to see what I was experiencing. Within a couple of days my live view on both my Android phone and my iPad are working great!
Fast responsive and resourceful support…
Fast responsive and resourceful support from Ally. My order already shipped but I accidently ordered the wrong version. I thought I would have to order a new one and return the original. But come to find out I just needed to order an adapter rather than a new unit. Since it was the weekend I already ordered a new unit. Ally caught this helped me cancel the second order and just order the adapter. This was a much better approach and saved me the hassle of a return.

Had a few issues with first the lawn mower resulting in a full replacement. Customer Service was great once they got back to you definitely tell there overwhelmed with the volume of emails but Racho was very helpful and hopefully this mower holds up better
