I've had the LYMA Laser Pro for 8 months now, and I've used it every single day without fail. Before making such a huge investment, I emailed the LYMA team to ask if the laser would help with sagging skin around my mouth (jowls and marionette lines), two stubborn dark spots on my cheekbones, and some scarring on my abdomen. I wanted to be sure before spending that kind of money, and of course, they told me it would help with all of it.
Well, 8 months later, I haven’t seen the slightest difference. I’ve taken progress photos from day one until now, and there has been zero change. Honestly, I just feel like I wasted my money.
I emailed them specifically to avoid getting my hopes up unnecessarily, but I guess I should have expected a “yes” no matter what I asked. I’m happy for anyone who’s seen improvement with this device, but for me, at 35 years old, my skin looks exactly the same. I can’t imagine how disappointed I’d be if I were older and expecting even more dramatic results.
I can't help but wonder how effective it would be for someone older!!!

Lyma is a premium company, with premium products, and premium customer service.
I ordered their supplements and for whatever reason (to no fault of their own) the shipping was stuck for days. Jennifer from customer support was friendly and prompt with her replies. She monitored the status of my delivery and when there was no movement from the shipping service she sent a replacement order right away. Thanks again for the great customer support.
As for the supplement I did personal research on the what's in it before purchasing and it really is quality ingredients all packed into each pill.
They're definitely worth trying out!

I took a break from the supplement Lyma for about two years. It became a little to expensive for me. But I really missed the positive results from the supplement better mood better sleep less anxiety. So I started to take it a week ago. And it’s like my body remembers instantly. I feel these effects starting again. Such a great feeling

I’m having mixed feelings about this product I do like the laser but for what my reason for it I not sure if it is helping as it used to it works but it js a commitment. I would prefer a replacement.

I have the Lyma pro- which costs more than $5,000. I've had the device for less than one year. It's completely broken and needed replaced twice and currently had to be sent back because it again stopped working. The battery and cord already needed replaced. Their staff gives little attention to the disruption it causes having to sit around and wait for a package, or ensuring the EXPENSIVE replaced product comes at a time when I'm actually in the country. I would encourage anyone thinking of buying one to find a product where quality and customer service are as high as the price tag. Not worth it.
By the way- it is the Lyma "Concierge" providing this very bad service. Lots of apologizing, but at the end of the day they don't care about customer service.

I received the LYMA as a Christmas gift and was absolutely thrilled. After 3 months I began to notice an issue where it would not turn on right away and once it did, it would flicker on and off during use. I sent an email to LYMA with a video. I was not worried bc it claims to have a warranty. I was told they could not help me bc it was purchased through Neiman Marcus. I would have to go through them. I contacted Neiman via phone and email and was told they could not help me with any purchase over 30 days and I would have to go through LYMA. 21 email exchanges and NINE months later…nothing. So disappointing.

I have been taking the Lyma supplement on and off for a few years now. When I stop taking it, in a quest to save money, I see a noticeable decline in energy, mood and immunity. I’ve had numerous viral illnesses and fatigue during the 2 months I’ve been off it. I am about to restart it and I cannot wait. Although expensive it really does work (for me anyway). There’s nothing else out there that comes close to Lyma and I’ve tried MANY supplements. Concierge is exceptional, courteous, caring and prompt in responses. Thank you Lyma!

I purchased the Power System kit in Nov 24. I have just finished my third month of the supplements. I can honestly say, I don’t feel any benefits from taking the supplements which is hugely disappointing given the glowing reviews and high price. I am also locked in to a subscription, so be wary if you are thinking you can cancel. My skin does look better which could be due to the laser and skin care.

I am using the Lyma skin care which I love – I think it’s a fabulous product. I have been using the Lyma Laser for a few years and really love it, and I recently purchased the Lyma Pro Laser. I’m enjoying using the Laser Pro and I think it really gives great results.
Recently, I had a problem with the laser Pro not charging properly and the customer service at Lyma was amazing. Jennifer at the Lyma Concierge Was fantastic – she was super-speedy in her response and incredibly helpful and kind. She organised to have my Laser picked up by courier very quickly And free of charge,and to be assessed by Lyma, I received an email from Jennifer very promptly to Inform me that Lyma was going to send me a completely new Lyma Laser Pro. I couldn’t have hoped for more attentive and caring customer service. I am most grateful to Jennifer at the concierge for all her help. In the past, I’ve had a few questions about the Lyma Product and have corresponded with Jennifer at the concierge and she’s always been most helpful. Lyma is a very pleasant company to deal with, and I’m always confident that I will receive the assistance that I need.

I bought the laser, skin care treatments, and supplements last May (May 2024). My skin is completely renewed, and my mood (I am in pre-menopause) is better than before.
I am always cautious about the quality of the ingredients in skin products, but they are rated excellent.
I know their products are expensive, but I no longer need to go to the facialist.
I never give product advice; we are different.
Furthermore, customer support is consistently available and provides me with comprehensive and helpful assistance.
My experience is excellent.

I finally have time to get in touch. I wrote to you above and asked for your advice because I had a CO2 treatment and my skin was red, itchy and painful for weeks afterwards. I then contacted your fantastic customer service via email, and also contacted you here afterwards when I ordered it. I have before and after photos for you and I can only rave about the LYMA laser! It healed my skin so well. I had my CO2 treatment on November 6th and was desperate for a month afterwards. My doctor always said I had to be patient, but it just takes longer for me to heal.
My order finally arrived on December 5th and I started straight away. You advised me to laser one side of my face twice a day for 10 minutes each, so 40 minutes in total, and I'm still doing that today. When the red spots were really bad, I held the laser r-the spot for 10 minutes on top.
What can I say?
LYMA simply worked wonders on such damaged skin. After 1 month after the Co2 laser, I started using the LYMA LASER. I went to a doctor who has a good practice and paid 1200€. The laser was simply set too high for my skin.. ) This laser is world class. Take a look at the photos below with the date; it only took a few days. Finally, I have a photo of what my skin looked like before the CO2 laser and now after 7.5 weeks it is glowing and what fascinates me is that my facial features are much firmer and my skin feels much softer. It is still slightly red and the scars I had that the Co2 laser didn't go away are still there but I have only been using it for 7.5 weeks.
Unfortunately, I have also gotten marks/impressions on my sides from the Co2 laser and I am hoping that the LYMA laser can minimize these for months to come. In terms of my skin, I hardly have any blemishes anymore and if there any, they are very small. My skin looks so fresh even though it is still slightly red.
It doesn't burn anymore. The LYMA laser saved me and I can only recommend it to everyone. I find it very sad how people on social media sometimes badmouth it just because they don't have patience or don't take enough time for it. I am the best proof of what this laser can do for absolutely every skin problem. It is so pleasant and I love it more than anything🫶🏻

It's also great for helping with spots. I hardly have any anymore and when I do, they don't break out properly and are very small. When I notice that I'm getting one, I hold it on for 10 minutes a day and divide the time into 3 zones. I can really warmly recommend the LYMA laser. I can't see anything on my acne scars yet, but they need time, probably 6-8 months.

I received the Lyma as a Christmas gift but after each use I am in extreme pain as I have previously had Thyroid cancer surgery twice. I have been unable to find any literature online advising not to use the device if you have a prior medical condition.
After 5 days I had to stop using the device as the pain in my throat was intolerable. After 4 weeks I tried again with the same result.
How can this company have not customer service contact for such important information.
My doctor has agreed I must stop using the Lyma device as the risk to my health is to great.
So now I am terrified I have damaged my health and their is no customer support.
I will be reporting this to the relevant authorities before a customer is seriously injured.

I had just received my Lyma Pro collection and unfortunately the serum pump dispenser was not working. I sent a WhatsApp message and received a very fast response from Kat from the Concierge team, this was a Sunday afternoon. Kat was very helpful and gave detailed advice as to how I may be able to rectify the problem. Unfortunately the problem persisted, and Kat therefore arranged for a replacement serum to be dispatched to me immediately. The replacement works perfectly. I cannot praise the service I have received from Kat highly enough; I received an exemplary, professional and friendly service throughout. Kat is a credit to the Concierge team.

I would avoid this company. First, I am not sure their product does anything. At least it hasn't for me at week 6. They say that it takes 12 weeks to see a difference? Really? Or is that just their way to get you to purchase a stupidly expensive supplement? Worse, when I went to cancel, this is the message I received.
'Per the Subscription sign-up on the checkout page, you will have agreed to a minimum commitment of three renewal cycles after your starter kit purchase. Which would be 4 deliveries in total. This is outlined under the About Subscription tab.'
Deceitful. I would never purchase from this company again because of this gotcha clause.
