Kickass Marketing Team
Working with Samantha over at Lyfe has been a wonderful experience. Prompt follow up on all emails and questions with the deliverables always on time.
For Bianca Huether
Bianca Huether was very attentive and helpful. She was always available when I had any questions and was a great resource throughout my experience with LYFE.
Stay away
This is my legally protected opinion:
Terrible everything. Steer clear of this shop unless you wish throw money into the ocean.
STAY AWAY.... ZERO Communication
So many issues from lack of communication to literally making up a budget and ran for 4 days before it was noticed. It was a complete waste of $1000 illegally. They have been in breach of contract for 19 days and no one cares
Money loss
Our experience was deeply disappointing. Over five months, we didn’t even come close to breaking even. When we raised our concerns after three months and requested to speak with someone in a higher position, we were denied. Instead, we received vague responses from other staff, and it was clear that whoever the decision-makers were, they had no interest in addressing our concerns.
As a small, minority-owned business with limited competition, we expected at least some effort to retain us—whether through a revised strategy, a goodwill offer, or simply a genuine conversation. Unfortunately, none of that happened.
In the end, it felt like we paid for a few weekly calls and little else. To see no improvement in our marketing during the busiest season of the year reflects poorly on their standards and performance. Based on our experience and what we’ve observed, their retention rate seems to reflect this lack of follow-through.
Outdated Methods
This company uses stock photos and marketing strategies that are decades old. Do not recommend. Don't waste your time with this company.
Horrific service - save your money!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with LYFE Marketing. Long story short, they made a lot of very incompetent errors while posting my content (e.g. cutting off a subject's head, posting the wrong caption with a photo that clearly has nothing to do with the caption, posting on days I specifically asked them not to post on), and made almost no effort to listen to me or improve the service. I had to quickly delete a bunch of the bad posts, which damaged my algorithm and now I get less likes than before on posts.
I asked for a full refund and they refused. I asked again and they finally gave me a one month back. So all in all I paid $1,500 for two weeks TOTAL of insipid posts and a huge amount of stress, time and frustration, zero followers and reduced likes. I can’t express how disappointed I am in the service and the way they handled it and refused a full refund. Clearly I don’t recommend them and I would advise you to save your money and time!!
a guy impersonating this company was…
a guy impersonating this company was trying to scam me by sending me an invite to some doggy meta-business suite account and he was saying that they would pay me 1600 USD if I ran their ads on my Facebook pages - be aware.
the guy's email name was:
teamofficial491
buckle up
where do I start.
They do not provide current client interaction for reviews or referrals, RED FLAG.
They told me my previous experience of money waste with a very healthy marketing budget was crazy to have yielded zero results. and that I should have definitely saw results. Then they were given 4.5 months, and they also were unable to product any results as well.
They created a landing page, and I asked if I was able to keep that after the services being that I spend around 15k with them, and they never gave me a response. So, I am unsure if I can reference that URL to future customers.
If you want to throw money away with no results, they're the company for you
Please don't work with this company
Please don't work with this company. We purchased their Google Ads package, but the campaign was never launched. After we complained about the absence of any work and demonstrated that no campaign had been launched, they agreed to re-launch the campaign. However, it took the Lyfe Marketing team an additional 3 months to rebuild the campaign, and once again, the campaign never saw the light of day. I strongly advise staying far away from these guys. We did not receive the service we paid for.
My Experience with Lyfe Marketing: A Call for Transparency
I recently had an encounter with Lyfe Marketing that prompted me to seek legal counsel.
I want to emphasize that my intention is not to defame or harm their reputation.
Rather, I aim to share my personal experience in a constructive manner, highlighting the importance of transparency and open communication in business practices.
My interaction with Lyfe Marketing left me with some reservations.
While I initially perceived them as trustworthy, my experience, coupled with their response to feedback, raised concerns.
I encountered challenges during the cancellation process, which led to a disagreement regarding billing.
Furthermore, their approach to addressing my concerns through legal means was unexpected and contributed to my overall dissatisfaction.
I believe that fostering an environment of open dialogue and constructive feedback is crucial for any business.
I encourage Lyfe Marketing to consider alternative approaches to addressing client concerns and fostering a more transparent relationship with their customers.
In light of my experience, I strongly advise potential clients to conduct thorough research before engaging Lyfe Marketing's services.
It's essential to explore a variety of perspectives and consider all available information, including reviews on platforms beyond Google such as YELP, and the Better Business Bureau.
Lastly, I urge anyone who encounters similar challenges to exercise their right to share their experiences honestly and seek legal counsel if necessary.
Open communication and consumer empowerment are crucial for a healthy marketplace.
Terrible experience working with this…
Terrible experience working with this company!!! Do not use them!! The work they submit looks like teenagers do it, when you make edits for the 80th time they say “my bad!” But you’re under a contract so there’s nothing you can do. I also cancelled my account and they continued to charge my card. Horrible horrible experience working with them!!!
Literally burning money would have been better
Lessons I learned.
1. If the company appears to only be pretty young women, they are outsourcing everything. In the meetings it was clear that aside from FAQ they had no idea what was going on.
2. Double check to make sure they install the pixel. This is the basis of managing ads and they failed to do it for the first month.
3. They claimed to have "in house" services. Unfortunately they were too lazy to erase the company's name they were outsourcing from and we were able to see where the actual content was being made and how much it really cost. Who was doing the actual work of overseeing the ads? I suspect it was someone from fiverr or upwork for 6 dollars an hour.
4. If I had just taken a duffel bag full of money and burnt it and filmed it, I would have done far better on social media than what these losers produced for us.
5. We need to pay $$$$ to cancel. More than many people pay for rent. Yes that is right. On top of shamelessly lying, failing to produce any value, they add insult to injury. No honor, no diligence, no value.
LYFE is an AMAZING company to work…
LYFE is an AMAZING company to work with, and most importantly my account manager Madisyn. I got so unbelievably lucky to be assigned to her and her team! YEEHAW. All I can say is WOW, WOW and more WOWS.
As a founder of a new boot brand I have found working with LYFE and Madisyn is like being a part of a family. They really care about you and the success of your brand!
Anyone out there looking for a social media management company…. Look no further…. LYFE is AMAZING!
I got a random text from Rocket…
I got a random text from Rocket Recruiting that they had opportunities for part time positions. And like another person commented, it would be possible to earn $1000 in 10 days. Once I started talking to the recruiter she informed me it was for LYFE Marketing. I told here what I read about this company on this site and she stopped responding. I would be wary about Rocket Recruiting and LYFE Marketing.

Lyfe Marketing is a SCAM.
Lyfe Marketing is a SCAM.
They hired people to run their advertising promising $100usdt for two days of job, $400 usdt for 5 days of job and $1000 usdt for 10 days. But you need to run two set of 40 data. The trick is you need to put your own money to clear the data. The more you put clean money, the system assigned more expensive products that you can't afford. When you ask for your deposit back, the customer service says, the only way is putting more money, when you ask again, they silence your account.
The use cripto currency so you can't track their transactions.
I have been trying to reach their CEO Sean Standberry and all is silence.
They have frozen around $3.5k usdt of my hard working money.
Don't fall on their dirty trap.

Lyfe Marketing is running a scam
Lyfe Marketing is running a scam. You will get a novice level of creative stuff you would expect from an elementary-aged child. IT IS BAD. They lie and must do this game over and over as they have the process down regardless of how bad the service is they remind you of a contract and the fact you pay them no matter what. You leave a bad review they will send you a letter that reuse from their attorney threatening to sue you for $10,000. It is a total clown show of an operation. I think its time for the local news.
Total loss of $8,666: Spent $8,861 & received $390 in revenue
I spent $8,861 and received $390 in sales revenue for a total loss of $8,666 advertising multiple products for my highly professional and legitimate e-commerce pet store brand.
Itemization of what I spent:
$6,653: 5 months of Lyfe Meta Ad Management (money going to Lyfe)
$2,008: 3 months of Meta advertising spend (money going to Meta)
$200: Costs for products sent to video content creators
$8,861: Total money spent
Itemization of what I received:
$390: Sales revenue using my product videos and not the ones they created for me.
4: Product video ads (not 1 sale came from their videos. I had to use all my existing ones).
I am extremely embarrassed and disappointed in Lyfe Marketing and myself. I strongly suggest not using Lyfe. I lost not only $8,666 but also 5 months of my time. 2 of the 5 months were "setup months" where they weren't even running ads.
Instead hire someone on Upwork, Fiverr, or Indeed for better results at a cheaper cost. Good luck!
