Savannah Derrick making up fake reviews to retaliate
We had an unfortunate run-in with a LYFE Marketing Representative, Savanah Derrick, who was attempting to give our company a sales presentation. She was younger and very green, reading from a script. It was a waste of time listening to this untrained sales representative try to walk us through a scripted set of questions that I assume was intended to review their out-of-this-world services. About 10 minutes into this 30-minute appointment, I respectfully let her know that after 10 minutes, I still had no idea what her company does. She paused, and I could tell she had become irate. After the awkward pause, Savannah continued that I was rude and wanted to end the call. I was asking her if she had another representative who could work with us, and she hung up after yelling that she did not have time for my company or me. I had some choice words for this misguided young lady for sure, but I was going to let it go. I called the company back, and she kept answering. She laid into me, saying she didn't have time for my company or me. I had resigned myself to moving on, and then, 30 minutes later, we received two negative reviews back-to-back from made-up names we have no record of. Our company utilizes a virtual live assistant service, and these individuals are true professionals who have never been rude to anyone. Also, all calls are recorded, and their call IDs are logged. These two reviews were in retaliation for our interaction with Savannah Derrick of LYFE Marketing.
I reached out to the founder of LYFE marketing, Sean Standberry, and Savannah’s boss, Brandi Zatorski. Neither even attempted to get back with us on the matter. I started doing a bit more research, which I should have done first.
TrustPilot has LYFE Marketing in the mediocre range.
Yelp reviews speak volumes, and their score is very low
I have added my reviews based on their lack of correspondence back to us, and we are rooted in substance, whereas Savannah Derrick is retaliating for what she deemed rude.

If you are considering using Lyfe Marketing, I highly recommend thinking twice.
I hired them for a 3-month contract to run marketing for my SaaS platform, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
Here are the key issues I encountered:
They only completed about 3 weeks of actual work across the entire 3-month period. The majority of the “engagement” was spent in setup mode, with very little real marketing execution.
The assets they produced were extremely low quality—so much so that I couldn’t approve or use most of them. They did not match the standard required for my brand, despite clear examples and guidance from my side.
Performance was terrible:
Before hiring Lyfe Marketing, I was personally generating hundreds of free signups and a consistent number of paid users.
After switching to Lyfe, I received zero paid signups and saw a major decline in all metrics.
ROI was literally zero. Not “low” or “underwhelming”—zero. I paid for two months of service and got nothing usable in return.
Communication was inconsistent, and at times I had to follow up multiple times to get basic progress.
Because the quality of work was so poor and the output so minimal, I ultimately paused my card. I do not believe it is fair or ethical for them to charge for a final month when the contracted work was not performed.
This was one of the worst marketing investments I’ve ever made, and I’m sharing this review so other business owners don’t make the same mistake. I would not recommend Lyfe Marketing based on my experience.
