The fares Lycamobile provides are good and it works well.
Anyway, there should be more self services tools through the app where you can manage your eSIM card, transfer it to a new phone etc.
After some tries cause some of the calls crashed, I got the help from Lou a nice costumer service colleague from Phillipines who helped me personally and even remembered me the next day when I called again for a catch up of my solutions.

Terrible internet. I bought the package for unlimited internet, and for some reason at the beginning of every hour the internet decides to not work for 5 minutes. This is very annoying! Since I need my internet to work, and its a very costly experience this with Lycamobile.
I've even contacted them over a month ago about this issue, no help was given. Don't go here.

They couldn't help me register and activate my sim for 7 days (I am not in CH anymore). Now I have a sim (24CHF Hello Swiss M) that doesn't work and probably I will not get my money back.

Avoid - by default, when you top up or buy a bundle, the auto renewal is turned to on. Even if you cancel auto renewal from your account, still they charge you.
EDIT: I already have sent claim to you, until now no response.
Moreover, as this situation happened already in the past and this is not the first time, my actions do not limit only to write a review. I raised a claim to Swiss Telecom Regulatory Office and currently I am awaiting their replay.
