Excellent from start to finish. Repair done on time had my phone back within time, text me to say when it was finished and fair price would recommend to anyone if you have a problem with your phone.

All the staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable.
Nothing is ever too much trouble, even when I can't remember how to do something on my phone.
They transferred all the data from the old phone to the new one so I didn't have to.
Would highly recommend Lewis and his team.

Always been fantastic for my technology items. honestly really really good. I have now asked for a repair on a Macbook, and basically refused citing warranty standards, even when I accepted for the warranty to be excluded, who do they think they are; Apple. Sorry guys you have lost your way. I will not be using them again after this.. Plenty of others to choose from. Good luck

Popped in for some help on an issue I had with a new phone only to be told it was a fake, they explained & showed me, i was very grateful for their advice, they were very approachable & friendly, I ended up buying a phone from them as they had been so helpful & obviously it wasn't a fake! They are local to me which is great knowing I can pop in anytime if needed, I would definitely recommend.

Took my phone in for a replacement battery the person that served me immediately recognised the model. He gave me price options of a compatible battery or an iphone one. Told me it would be ready in an hour and a half and before I left Southampton to go home via Hythe, I received an e-mail to say the repair was complete. Superbly efficient service!

I took my phone in at 3pm after dropping it and the screen cracking to the point that the screen turned off completely. The phone was fixed and i was able to pick it up at 4.45pm on the same day. Great customer service and its nice to know that it has a 12 month warranty.

I’ve used LW repairs a couple of times in the last month and they have been super helpful. My son’s phone screen was fixed within an hour and they kept me updated at all times. Dylan was a great help with getting a couple of phone cases as well. Would 100% recommend them to anyone

I popped in around 11:30 and said I was thinking about a new battery for an IPhone 13 Pro Max that had a battery warning up , it was either that or a new phone tbh. But they said a new battery could be completed within a few hours and was £89 for generic and £109 for Apple. I went for Apple and they then loaded new IOS to calibrate the new battery and I picked it up just before 15:00 and it has been a dream ever since .

Don’t replace your iPhone until you have had at least one new battery!
