Room for improvement

The overall customer service was acceptable - save for the time it took luzete.pt to ship the product, a delay which was at odds with the promise made at the time of ordering and in a follow-up call. In short, be prepared to wait. And if like me you are considering ordering a light fixture for a room that does not have one, give some thought to other suppliers with a proven track record (e.g., as evidenced at trustpilot.com) of timely delivery.
