Forever being ignored! DO NOT SHOP HERE

Forever being ignored!! Absolutely robbed.

Made a purchase for a business, transfer the money but realise after is was including VAT (even though we already ask for it to be removed on the invoice) and now they will not refund the difference and ignore all our emails (don't even try to call them as some random person picks up and says it's a wrong number??)

It is by EU LAW that B2B purchases especially those overseas (we are a PT registered company) are to pay VAT locally and now we are left paying twice!?
