Excellent service very quick delivery and response

We are extremely disappointed with the flooring we received and, unfortunately, with the lack of response since trying to raise the issue.

We chose this flooring specifically because of how it was represented on the company’s website. The online photographs showed a natural oak/oaky colour, which we used as the basis for the colour scheme and design of our entire new kitchen.

Unfortunately, once the flooring arrived and installation began, it became clear that the actual product looks significantly different. What we received is considerably lighter with a very noticeable yellow tone. In our view, this goes far beyond the normal variation you might reasonably expect because of lighting, photography or different screens.

Had the flooring been shown online as the light, yellow-toned colour we actually received, we simply would not have purchased it.

What makes the situation particularly frustrating is that our fitter had already started preparing and installing the flooring before the full extent of the difference became apparent. We have invested a significant amount of time and money into our kitchen, and the entire design was planned around the flooring colour shown online.

We have tried to resolve this directly with the company before leaving this review. I have attempted to contact them by both telephone and email, but so far I have received no response. Given that installation is already underway and further costs are potentially being incurred, the lack of communication is particularly disappointing.

We have raised a formal complaint and have photographs clearly showing the flooring we received compared with how it appears online. We simply want the company to acknowledge the issue, review the evidence and propose a fair and reasonable solution.

For such an important and expensive purchase, customers should be able to rely on product photographs being a reasonably accurate representation of what they are buying, and when something goes wrong, they should also be able to get a response from the company.

At present, based on both the difference in the product’s appearance and the lack of communication, we are extremely disappointed with our experience.

We will update this review if and when the company responds, and we sincerely hope they take the opportunity to resolve the matter fairly.

A very good company to buy from, all questions answered promptly. They even managed to get the goods delivered on the day they said, which is not to be taken lightly down here in Cornwall.

The service provided was excellent and the support ws exceptional. Any queries I had the answered straight away and would highly recommend them.

This is a great company to deal with. The samples I asked for came immediately and when I chose the flooring according to the sample I wasn't disappointed by the quality which matched the sample. I had to wait a few weeks because my order wasn't in stock but the wait was worth it and I was able to choose the delivery date. I really can't praise the quality of the product enough and the click method is simple and fast to lay. Luxury Flooring is exactly what it says.

The samples I ordered arrived very quickly and were well packaged, a good size, clearly labelled and with a couple of nice little touches too. A relative recommended them - and used them for their recent flat renovation and they’re really pleased with the result.

Lewis was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process of helping me choose both the engineered wood flooring and vinyl flooring for my home.

There was an issue with the bank transfer when I made the payment, which naturally made me quite worried at the time. However, Lewis handled everything with great patience, professionalism and reassurance. His communication and customer service were excellent, and he made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable for me.

Now that the flooring has been installed, I’m also very happy with the quality. It looks beautiful and I’m really pleased with my choice.

I have had exceptional service from Luxury Flooring. From Scott Dutton who provided me with a quote, answered all my questions and ensured that I received all my samples of LVT. Luxury Flooring provide as many samples as you need (unlike most companies who only allow 3). The quality of flooring is amazing, as good - if not better - than LVT’s at more than twice the price.
Having ordered and had my flooring delivered promptly, there was a slight problem which Paul M sorted really quickly in a professional and friendly manner. Thanks Paul.
