Arrived at Auckland Airport from Bangkok earlier than expected. Was able to swap seat and get lift on shuttle about to leave rather than waiting 2 hours for next shuttle.

Pick time was pretty much on time.
Pick -up -time and drop-off time were pretty much on time. When booking the pickup resrevation, there was some issues involved. There were two bookings for the same reservation, but letter corrected it.

Uncomfortable cramped poor leg room…not at all Luxury never has been
Uncomfortable cramped poor leg room ,never has been Luxury ! and now overpriced with poor drop off options no longer pick up or drop off at address ,.on SH2as travelling different route will do my very best to avoid in future, The driver I did not feel,was that great as wandered a bit ,becomes very expensive if you live north of Bethlehem on.SH2 Would advise avoid,So get the Bus ,Boring slow ,or fly to Tauranga

Excellent Luxury Airport Shuttle Experience
We recently used the luxury airport shuttle from Auckland Airport to Tauranga, travelling with my wife and our 5-month-old daughter, and the experience was outstanding.
The journey was very comfortable, smooth, and felt completely safe, which is especially important when travelling with an infant. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and we reached home right on time.
A special mention to the driver — polite, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the journey. He made sure we were comfortable and handled everything with care.
Highly recommend this service for families and anyone looking for a reliable, stress-free, and truly luxury airport transfer. Will definitely use it again.

Get the address correct
Just make sure that tex messages sent regarding pick up times and pick up address are correct and written by someone who's first language is English.
The tex I received caused me a lot of distress and I had to make extra phone call to the person on duty to correct the address..... other wise I would have missed my trip.
Pick up from AK back to Tauranga great.
