Every staff member I have spoken to makes it exceptionally easy to book our luxury family holiday. Most recently Rob was extremely helpful with last minute arrangements. Have been using luxury tripper for years, back when they were affordable luxury travel and have never had anything but outstanding customer service and support. And our family holidays have always been so special.

Ian tailor made our 20th Wedding Anniversary trip to Bali and it was spectacular! I found Luxtripper from a Facebook ad and you always hope that the company will be good, well straight from the start of our initial enquiry, Ian listened and put together exactly what we wanted. We stayed at 3 different locations over 2 weeks and felt that this really gave us a feel for the Country. The hotels were incredibly high end and exclusive, just what we wanted.

We’ve just booked an amazing 12-day trip to Sri Lanka with Ricardo at Luxtripper, and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. We saw an advertisement on the Lux Tripper website and contacted them. Ethan picked up the message and within an hour he’d sourced us alternative flights and booked the holiday. He has been super helpful throughout and made himself available should we need any support. We would definitely book again

We have our honeymoon booked with this company. Whilst at the time of booking we had a operator, Janet, who was initially very helpful. We have now been informed our flights have been amended which now means, 1. The extra leg room we PAID OVER £600 FOR is no longer guaranteed... no assurance or confirmation of a refund if not available... NOTHING.
2. The flight change now leaves us with a layover of 45 minutes instead of a previous time of 2hr30. We have interconnecting flights in DOHA and we are now expected to hope and pray nothing is wrong with the first flight, run from one gate to the other and hope we reach the gate before closure (which btw is usually 20 munites before take off) so in fact, we actually have 15 minutes to run. NICE ONE LUXTRIPPER well done. That's our honeymoon ruined. I would kindly request a manager contacts me. NOW.

UPDATE/EDIT - 09/07/2026
The team have now reached out to us and amended our booking. Whilst i am grateful for the changes, I stand to point that our concern with the flight change and timing was not initially understood and i was met with comments like "well the airline deem that time acceptable" It was only until i explained, you are assuming we are able bodied and know the airport. Which luckily we are able bodied, but do not wish to be running from one end of an unfamiliar airport to another. After many attempts we got to an understanding in the end.

I have been asked several times to remove this review, and i have made it quite clear that until i have landed on Bali soil and i am satisfied with the Honeymoon they have booked me, i will not be removing or amending this review.

Having recently booked a holiday through another company which was a nightmare in terms of communication it made me realise just how amazing the service is with Luxtripper. I have just booked our fifth trip with them and it was everything i remembered - clear, friendly communications, efficient dealing with any slight changes or issues and literally pulling out all of the stops to help. Nothing is too much trouble and a big thank you to Sean - the first time he has looked after us - for keeping the high standards up. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough - it took one experience with another company to make me realise not to ever go anywhere else!
