A different kind of holiday
We were looking for something a bit different for our Honeymoon and I saw post on Facebook for Luxtripper, I sent them a message and received a reply from Robert who took some details and within a few hours he had an amazing itinerary for us. After I did some research I asked Robert if he could swap 1 of of the resort’s around and change things a bit which he did with a quick turnaround. Response has always been quick and informative. Can’t wait for our Honeymoon now and will update my review with the quality of the hotels and locations.

Great customer service and competitive…
Great customer service and competitive prices vs other operators.
I sent an enquiry via the website for some more information about the price of a current holiday deal. Rob replied very quickly and provided all of the details that I had requested + more re ABTA to reassure me. He was always quick to reply, friendly (funny at times which made me feel like I was talking to an human!) and easy to talk to. He even replied outside of typical office hours so I was able to make decisions promptly.
I made quite a few requests and it never felt like anything was too much, he was very flexible and took the time to understand my situation. As a result I feel like Luxtripper actually cares about my experience and will be a great holiday provider for future bookings. Although I didn’t make a booking this time (weird situation with insurance outside of Luxtripper due to an upcoming surgery), I don’t feel that this mattered to Rob at all. I have saved his number and will be back in touch when everything is sorted to book my trip!
Overall, a completely different experience from my usual holiday bookings with popular providers.

Worked with Ricardo to customise 2-3 holiday multi-trip. Lots of communication to pick the right experience we were after. We arrived at costs and then he hunted for better prices over our holiday date window. Excellent experience, would definitely use them again!

Sean has been great with booking our honeymoon. He's been polite, professional and really helpful in finding us the best experience. We made a few changes to his suggestions but it was worth the wait to get the exact hotels we wanted.

Great first experience of using Luxtripper…
This was our first time booking with Luxtripper and Mason was fantastic throughout the whole booking process. He suggested four holiday options for our Maldives trip, things that we hadn’t even considered too. He answered all of our questions promptly and professionally, and kept us updated throughout, even when there was a small delay with the booking confirmation.
His attention to detail and communication gave us complete confidence that everything was taken care of.
