The device is designed to trim the ends that extend beyond the guide, which helps remove split ends while keeping the overall length. That said, you’re absolutely right, if it’s used repeatedly on the same section, it can gradually take more off and make the ends feel thinner.
That’s why we usually recommend using small sections and limiting to 1–2 passes per section to maintain fullness while still smoothing the ends.

I am writing to formally report a serious issue with this company.
They failed to deliver the item I ordered, and when I contacted them, they provided absolutely no proof of delivery. When I asked for evidence—such as a delivery confirmation or photo—they clearly stated they have nothing to provide.
Instead of taking responsibility, they told me to contact China myself and follow up with the postal service. This is completely unacceptable. I placed the order with them, not with a third party, and it is their responsibility to track and ensure proper delivery.
I repeatedly explained that I do not have access to follow up in China, yet they ignored my concerns and simply said there is nothing they can do.
This behavior is highly unprofessional and extremely suspicious. Based on my experience, this company appears to be fraudulent. I originally found them through an Instagram advertisement, and I strongly believe this may be a scam.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Upon reviewing our records, the only email we received from you was on May 1, where the message stated that we had “stolen your money” and requested that we do not contact you further, along with mentioning legal action. We responded promptly, asking how we could assist, as we had not received any prior communication from you regarding this order.
Following that, you replied asking us to check your emails, and upon further review, we also saw that a claim had already been filed for this order.
We always aim to assist our customers and resolve any delivery concerns. However, once a claim or dispute is initiated, the case is handled directly through the payment provider’s process.
If you’re open to it, we’re still happy to review the situation with you and provide any available tracking details or assistance.

There can be a bit of a learning curve at first, but most people find it gets easier and more effective with each use.
Too loud but works
It worked like it said. Made my hair softer. Cut quite a bit. But I realized if you keep running it through the same piece it will keep taking hair. Minus one star because it is so loud. Which makes it more of a nucecence to use. Hoping it helps my hair get length quicker. Tired of getting a huge chop every time I go to the salon.

Love this trimmer
Love this trimmer. Makes my hair smooth and just trims off the very end of your hair. The only problem I would say about it is some of the hair cut off falls in the floor instead of staying in the compartment that catches the hair. Otherwise it’s a great product. I would recommend buying it.
