Editing prior review. The logistics are a zero. I finally after several weeks got the split ends trimmer. I was very wary because the box was crushed and looked like it had been run the F over. In any case opened the box and was relieved to find the product intact. I have to say the product works! Very happy with the results. I am not sure how long it will last, that remains to be seen. In any case, product works, logistics sucks. I would like to have the option of paying more for shipping with a company like Fed Ex or something.

Customer service was very quick to respond and very helpful. They responded the same morning I sent my email which is almost unheard of these days. I really appreciate no only their customer service but how quick I received my order!

Felt like it created more ends
Felt like it created more ends, not split but more frizz. I have thin curly hair. I was going to wait a couple of weeks to try it again and see if there is any difference. It did also cut actual strands of hair as well, which isn’t ideal.

The device is designed to target protruding damaged ends, but if too much pressure is applied or sections are too large, it can occasionally catch healthy strands as well.
We’d definitely recommend waiting a couple of weeks and then trying again using very small sections, moving slowly, and making sure the hair is fully detangled and dry beforehand. Many customers with curly hair find that lighter passes work best for reducing frizz while still maintaining their curls and length ✨

I dont know why I didnt buy this before!!! It works so well. I have thin hair, lots of split ends as i dont get haircuts often! This makes my hair look so much healthier and you can use it so easily!!! The fact that it doesnt have an annoying cord in the way is even more amazing!

Fantastic product
Quick delivery with notifications. The first time I used it I was very sceptical. I didn't think it had done anything at all then I saw the hair ends collected in the front. I brushed my hair and it felt amazing. No sticky out strands just smooth hair. I hate going to hairdressers as they normal cut so much off for dead ends or split hair. Im so glad I took a chance on this its brilliant

The trimmer seemed to work pretty good
The trimmer seemed to work pretty good. I still saw many split ends after using it but in fairness I had enough to notice them at least on a daily basis or I wouldn’t have needed or purchased this trimmer. I was disappointed in the lack of directions. There was a small card with a QR code that said to scan for directions but it didn’t pull up any directions. I had to try and figure out the correct way to run the hair through the trimmer. Still not sure I got it right, so maybe that’s why I saw more split ends than I thought I would after using it. I will try it again soon and see if I get better results.

Awsome product. Does what it says and the hair look much better. Works perfekt on my wavy hair. One thing is that the cut of bits gets everywhere not only in the supposed place.

I have watched this product for a while, and now when I finally decided to order one, I was just soo happy when I received it, I felt like a child on Christmas Day.
It was mine, my only, pink and just exactly what I have wished for, in a quite long time.

To start off, i have been wanting this product for awhile. Like a year and i finally gave into buying it. I was so excited for it to come. I had split ends up and down my hair shaft. So many. I have long thick curly hair. I will say it works ok, there were some split ends that it got which was great but there are still so many that are still there. I tried brushing it so my hair was frizzy taking smal sections to do then straightening it, and taking those same sections. It recommended runningit through 3 times. I mustve run it through 4-5 each strand because i would see it didnt get them all. Now my hair is straightened and ill be walking about my daily business and there will still be so many split ends. I was hoping for it to do well but it disappointed me. Also, they market for the product making it cheaper for us by not going to a salon for regular hair cuts and then in a pdf they send you after booking they say to still go to the salon for split ends. Just seems weird that if they truly believed in their product being effective they’d leave out any mention of going to a salon. They have been kind about returning so thats why its two star and not one. Lastly, they seem to be hiding their bad reviews. Today, they sent me a email asking for a review but the links are different for how satisfied you are. I first clicked unsatisfied and it took me to a form. Then out of curiosity i looked at the very satisfied link and it took me to this site to be able to write an HONEST review. I understand a company not wanting bad reviews but i thought id mention it if anyone cares to read this.

We also completely understand your concern regarding the salon recommendation. Our goal has never been to replace professional haircuts entirely, but rather to help extend the time between trims and maintain healthier-looking hair at home while preserving length. We can see how that messaging may have felt contradictory, and we appreciate you pointing it out.

I've had it for about a week only got…
I've had it for about a week only got to use it once but could definitely tell a different. I ran in to a small problem when trying to get it to go though my hair. With my hair being badly damaged it struggled some at the ends it would snag. I would have to re untangle my hair and start over. It was easy to order and quick it came in a resumable amount of time. For delivery. Over all very pleased as a first time use.
