Delighted with kit and overall service
Needed some kit to photograph goods for an online shop. Bought a couple of LED light sets, and a folding shooting table, and - a few days later - a muslin backdrop & support.
Have used them all and am delighted. Well worth the (relatively modest) expense to get decent photos.
Delivery was next day for both orders.
Also sought advice on a Sunday morning and had quick, informative response.
Much impressed with these guys.

Save your coins
The backdrop I purchased is designed to be crease resistant but it was visibly creased on arrival. As far as I'm concerned crease resistant is crease resistant, there are no id's, buts's or maybe's. Unfortunately this is Nothing more than a bed sheet. One of the reasons I bought it is because its supposed to provide a "crisp and clear white backdrop for your photos or video". However, this isn't the case. Even with my ringlight the background in my video looks grey, not the slightest bit white. Save your coins guys.

Sorry to hear you're unhappy with the LENCARTA 2x3m muslin cloth backdrop purchased on our website. Customer has made no contact with us prior to leaving this review so we were unable to offer customer support, a return/refund is always open to the buyer.
With regards to the creases, we were unaware Lencarta has labelled the cloth backdrops as crease resistant on packaging (we don't advertise them as such) and can't comment fully on this feature, but we do know they are sent in the post folded so creases on the arrival of a cloth backdrop may be unavoidable even if it has some crease resistant qualities.
Regarding the white backdrop appearing grey in their video, it sounds like the customer is not lighting the backdrop, it's underexposed therefore appearing grey on their image despite it being white to the naked eye, white surfaces need to be illuminated/overexposed to appear pure white on images.

Delivery was very quick
Delivery was very quick, came a day before delivery date, which I was very impressed with as I had some recording to do.
The back drop and tripods a descent size, which is very good as you can move around with it.
However it is a little flimsy and not as steady as I expected. The only problem I have; the Backdrop is a little to heavy for tripod so it twist and turns a lot.

Brilliant service and fab products
Brilliant service. I was unsure which light to choose for my beginner experience and business, so I chatted with Simon and he guided me through to the best ones for me. This was the second purchase from here, the first been the light table. I now have a full set up at a good price which has made such a huge difference to my photos!
Wouldn’t hesitate at ordering again and it’s the first place I’ll go if I need anything else.

As a pro photographer I can’t believe how well made these products are. Used octagon soft box on location for over a year now and no more inserting and bending rods to set up, the umbrella type mechanism takes seconds. Just bought 2 - 90 x 60 boxes for home studio and the light is so clean and bright.

I can't fault Luxlight, i needed a larger octabox and one of my old umbrella shafts broke on my other octa, they sent me a replacement shaft the next day and supplied a spare with my new one. Really happy with their customer service and prompt delivery. Would definitely recommend
