30W LED lamp
The 30W LED lamp is fantastic, much better than the CFL bulb for my photographic setup and much shorter and no risk of breakage. Colour balance is excellent. Arrived the next day - perfect 👍

Excellent pre-purchase customer service…
Excellent pre-purchase customer service - answering my queries comprehensively and clearly. Product arrived very quickly and seems to be of good quality although I have yet to try it out fully. I have quickly set up the soft boxes and they are very easy to use. Haven't used the backdrop stand yet. The stands don't see very substantial but perfectly ok for what I need them for and as I haven't really used them this will probably only be something I could properly evaluate when I have used the system a few times.

Excellent product
Excellent product, just what I wanted for a small art studio. I had thought that they would look very clunky, but they are fine hanging on a normal light pendant. The light level is now so much better, just hope now they have the lifetime that is specified.
