My recent house move from a 3 bed semi to a 2 bed bungalow was a huge decision after 47 years in my family home. Luxfords was an easy choice of removal company against local competitors. From the first phone call to a couple weeks after my move, they were amazing. Always answering the phone, the friendly, professional and caring team members who always looked after me, the patience and advice on moving day…. I cannot fault them in any way! Thank you Luxfords!

We/I have been using Luxfords for well over 25 years in a personal and business capacity - In all that time they have never failed to impress with their professionalism, care, communications and logistics. Everyone who works there is always friendly and helpful - and in certain matters - very tactful. Could not recommend highly enough.

Luxfords were brilliant, I can't recommend them enough to anyone moving! They were super flexible especially on changes I needed to make with move dates, with Sam & Natalie being available for any questions and to reassure me on the details. The move itself was made super easy with the help of the team on the day - Adrian, Luke & Martin - and they handled everything quickly and taking care of all our belongings.

I cannot recommend Luxfords highly enough. Right from the start, Sam was a very calming influence when I needed to change the removal dates and then over two days Jamie, John, Martin and Geoff were outstanding, they were so helpful and considerate. They took great care with of all my belongings and really helped me to get things set up in my new home - nothing was too much trouble for them.

I cannot recommend Luxfords enough. They made the whole stress of moving bearable. From the initial consultation with Sam, who was friendly and knowledgeable to the four days spent with Ash, Mark and the 2 Lukes. They worked so hard, (powered by tea and doughnuts), embarrassingly courteous and went out of their way to make our move as smooth as possible. A week has passed since the move and we are still unpacking, and note without a single breakage !!! Yes comparatively to many other removal companies they are more expensive, but worth every penny !

I can’t even express how happy we were with Luxfords, who moved my family and I from SW London to Surrey over the summer. They were completely professional, speedy and everything arrived in pristine condition. They were also very accommodating with us having to juggle having our cat in the house plus a small child and baby. They collected the empty boxes to recycle shortly after we moved in and we even ended up getting them to move the contents of our storage unit at a later date and once again, we were so impressed! Thank you guys!

After living in our house for 41 years we were downsizing to a new build in Dorset. From the first phone call made to request a quote from Luxfords, through to the move, we have been so impressed by the friendly, professional staff employed by them. Our possessions were packed with such care over 2 days . The team were amazing, so thoughtful and skilled it was a pleasure to have them in our home. After the long journey, they placed everything where it was intended to go in the new house with great care . Thank you all for making what seemed such a huge task so easy. Luxfords were excellent. The team were very organized, and helpful. The move was complicated (a downsizing from a long-term family home to a flat), and the Luxfords team were extremely helpful with every difficulty that cropped up along the way - flexible, understanding, and very efficient. We used luxfords for 1 house move and then also to store our possesions for 4 years whilst we were away. They were brilliant when it came to moving us within Weybridge.
