Fantastic customer care
Fantastic customer care, I had a issue with my delivery and the team resolved this immediately for me even emailing out of hours. Fed ex did send me a small invoice I can't remember the amount but it was under £10 (few quid maybe) and this goes straight to the courier not the brand however I did read something about this on the luxe website so I was expecting it and the overall cost was still considerably less than ordering from other brands who I have used in the past and the quality of the hair was never as good as luxe hair . I have ordered previously from luxe was not charged by fed ex so I think it depends on your shipping address. I have tried many brands but the quality of the product and the service from luxe by she definitely stands out from the rest and the hair is so affordable. Well worth my investment

I’ve spent hundreds on them 😭 they are coming from china !!! At first I’ve received a wrong order , return postage cost was on me , even it wasn’t my fault ! After receiving correct order still not happy … as their black colour is just brown !!!! So had to spend money again on a hair salon to make it match my black hair !!!! Absolute shame to sell that low quality product for that price !!! Shame on you people !!!! Please don’t waste your money and time and do not buy from this page !!!!!

What wonderful five star experience I have had. The team I have been emailing have been outstanding and I can truly see their passion for the brand with every reply. I have to be honest I have been a bit of a pain as I am very fussy when it comes to my hair extensions but the team have been very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I contacted my account manager on the mobile number I was provided with yesterday which was a Sunday and she answered straight away and was very helpful. I definitely recommend this brand if you are looking for high class hair extensions

I always order from luxe by she and have done for many years and the quality never let's me down. The hair is super thick ALWAYS. Iv just received my hair after only ordering a few days ago and each pack is perfect and has even arrived with a little extra length at no extra cost which I'm very happy with. Honestly if you are looking for the highest quality grade of real human hair then you will be obsessed with this brand. The team are so so helpful and always happy to assist if ever I have any queries. The hair extensions I had removed last month where from luxe by she and I had worn, styled and been on multiple holidays with them in over the last two years and I can not express enough how gorgeous the quality still was. I bought hair from this brand a few years ago and the quality was AWESOME! But let me tell you something… i don’t ever believe reviews online but trust me take this one VIOL is a good brand this brand will be damaged after the first wear pleeeeease don’t order im begging you they are false advertising i can say this for a fact as i came here when i was 17 and they still use my pics of my hair to this day but with edited colours that i never bought it’s all lies

the hair i ordered was supposed to bve 200-210g but only came to 179g when i weighed was brittle loads of split ends and didn't move when i held it up they have changed their supplier and is like ali express drop shipping hair

also my hair care i use is sulphate free more reputable and costs a lot more than the one yours is 1. and 2. i’ve only had them in for just over a week

I am honestly so obssessed with this brand. I really do think that its the best on the market. I love how much information you can find on the website relating to each specific shade along with multiple images per shade. Having multiple image options per product really does make my shopping experience so much easier. As i do find it difficult when many other brand only provide one standard shade image of each product. However luxe by she provide a model image along with the exact product image per application method in each shade and the shade image. This helps immensely when i am ordering hair for my customers and half of the time i do not need to use my colour ring as the online images match perfect every time. And as for the amount of lengh options available i am extremely impressed. I am yet to come across any other brand that has this many options.

Secondly when I email you asking to cancel my order you emailing back saying order has been collected by fedex but actually the label is just created and it's not even been passed to courier yet !!!!
