Shocking customer service and product
I don't even want to give 1 star. Spent over £300 colour is nothing like advertised not worth the money.
Cant get refund only exchange this should be more prominently advertised on website before buying.
Stuck with hair extensions I can't use.
Customer service quote policy and don't want to know. Also took twice as long to arrive than again advertised.

Gorgeous hair and fantastic service every time. I always use these hair extensions as I know I can trust the quality. The team are very reliable and responsive and my order always turns up the perfect shade. I did have an issue with one of my customers deliveries last month but this was not an error from the team and they were very helpful and efficient and helping me get this issue resolved. My customers all love the hair as it is easy to manage and lasts so long.

I am in love with my hair. I was so nervous about finding a colour match online but the shade is spot on and blends seamlessly with my natural hair. They are incredibly soft and people can not tell I am wearing extensions.

the worse quality hair i've ever brought; looked nice when it came yet after 6 weeks was frazzled like a hay stack. When i left a comment on instagram, they deleted it IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES, so that is why all the comments are positive because they are bots and delete the bad ones. When I asked for a refund was told no because i didn't use their shampoo, when THEY DIDNT EVEN LIST THE INGREDIENTS IN IT and i have very sensitive skin that reacts badly to anything new, for all I know it could have acid in it!! £600 i will never get back. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME

From your message, we understand the hair was worn for around six weeks before concerns arose. Hair extensions are a processed product and their condition over time is highly dependent on aftercare, maintenance routine, products used, heat styling levels, and brushing methods. As outlined in our care guidance and warranty terms, using the recommended aftercare products and routine is essential to maintain softness and longevity. When alternative products are used, unfortunately we’re unable to guarantee performance, which is why refunds are declined in those cases.
Regarding social media, we do not use bots for reviews. Comments may be removed if they contain language that breaches our page guidelines or if they are posted across multiple threads, but we never remove feedback simply for being negative,we are always happy to address concerns through our customer service team so they can be properly reviewed.
We absolutely understand sensitivities to ingredients, and our support team can provide product information on request to help customers make informed choices before use.

Don't bother!
If I could rate - I would! No customer service, they sent out the wrong order just before Xmas I returned the order (received by themselves 9th Jan ) and since then have had little to no contact from them after multiple emails! Disgusting and I'd definitely avoid..
I'm now looking at the appropriate action to take as it's alot of money amd I don't seem to be the only one this has happened too!
*UPDATE* Since leaving my review I had a response on the 9th feb as follows:

Thank you for your message, and I’m very sorry again that your order still hasn’t reached you. I completely understand your frustration, and I appreciate your patience while we investigate this.
I can confirm the correct item was shipped. As it hasn’t arrived yet, we have opened a claim with the courier and begun a full investigation.
Under our normal company policy, we’re required to wait for the courier claim to be completed before dispatching a replacement, and these investigations can take up to 30 days to conclude. However, to help resolve this faster for you, we are happy to send a replacement sooner/ right away as a goodwill gesture rather than making you wait for the claim outcome.
Please let us know when the review removal is complete so we move forward with you replacement order
it genuinely makes a difference for our small business. That said, the choice is entirely yours. If you’d prefer, we can continue strictly through the courier claim process and continue once the investigation is complete.
Please let me know how you’d like to proceed, and I’ll action this straight away for you.

I asked them to query this with the courier and get back to me with the tracking and update me, as obviously the trust with the company is now lost and its now the 25th Feb and I've still not had any contact even after I requested an update. No product that I've paid for, no return of money amd no response.
