Ordered 4 items in March. After many emails to the support center, I received 3 items in June. Horrible in quality and size. Asked for the last item to be credited. Now my emails are undeliverable - I am sure they blocked my email address. Never again.

I bought $160 worth of clothing and cannot get anybody on the phone or by email. The email box is full

This should be a negative 10 rating for this company. I ordered 2 sizes for the same outfit. Neither one fit. The medium was an extra small and the medium was equivalent to a small. This company took weeks to send the items. No shipping information. I attempted to return the items but the company never replied to my email. They used a different name on my bank statement. In the process of disputing the charges now. Totally illegitimate company. Don't waste your time or money.

Received the order. Wrong sizes and a hole in one the purchases. Been trying for 2 weeks to have someone respond to my email for how to return . And still NOTHING!!!

Do not and I mean Do not order from this company it is a scam the jumpsuit I ordered was absolutely horrible when I opened the bag there was no tags on it or any purchase slip let alone a return or refund address I have tried numerous times emailing to get the return address and it comes back undeliverable because mailbox is full there ought to be something that can be done to these scumbags to get our money back

I received my item and was shocked by the poor quality. Like something you would find left over from 20 years ago. Bad material. Plastic buttons. off seaming.

No answer when I emailed for a return. Lesson Learned the hard way.

Luvrosy is a Nightmare!

I have a partial delivery of clothing, the materials are of poor quality and the fit is horrible. I got my bank involved due to the late delivery. When I finally received the order 6 weeks later it wasn’t complete.

I also followed the return policy and have not heard from anyone. I will again, have to get assistance from my bank. Do Not Order from the company.

This company is a fake company and is a total scam. The clothing smells like smoke, is not what they show on the website, and now I can’t get anyone to write me back. I wasted $100 on 4 items. DO NOT buy from this company!!! They need to be shut down.

Finally got my order the day after I submitted a request for a refund. The clothes were okay but not great. Did not really match photos in quality. Followed their refund process which requires you email their service department so they give you the address to return items too. They state a response will occur in 24 hours. It's been 4 days and no response, now their service email is being returned as invalid and you can no longer find them online to even order clothing from. If they come back online be cautious.

If i could give 0 stars i would. It took a month before they sent tracking on my order and another month, numerous emails, Facebook and Instagram messages then finally contacting PayPal before they actually took my order to the post office. Then the dress they sent me was some cheap shiny polyester nockoff that looked nothing like the advertisement. Will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Total Scam...I ordered two items received them but they are too small. I am unable to contact them. I have sent 5 emails NO RESPONSE. THERE IS NO RETURN ADDRESS!!! If I could I would not even give them 1 star. Yuk!

They won't allow you to return an item and will tell you that the shipping is "so expensive" that you should just "sell the item you don't want" or "give it as a gift to someone else". It's appaling- they won't return emails, steal money from their customers and refuse to give you a refund for their clothes which are terrible quality. DO NOT buy from them.

This is the worst clothing company ever. The quality of clothing is straight garbage. The clothing is not worth even $3.00. I thought Ali Express was bad but the company is worst. I ordered five items and not one of them is good. Please save your money b don’t order from them.

Awful and poor quality and terrible customer service, I am very upset with myself for falling for the add, received the shirt a month later and it is the most awful fabric and nothing like the picture on model. I emailed them and they responded 2 weeks later and offered for me to keep the shirt for a credit to purchase another one! This is ridiculous, I just want a refund and to return the awful shirt, I will report to my credit card company and report the company as well! Very disappointed!!

I'm actually really mad at myself for not doing my homework before buying from this company which is a total scam. I'm going to report them to the Internet Crime Complaint Center and Better Business Bureau. Please do the same and hopefully we can put this company out of business in the US before others get ripped off like I did.

I recently ordered two items from Luvrosy and they were really not as shown on the website. The halter dress I ordered had a shoestring for the necktie portion. I decided to keep the dress and just wanted to return the other outfit for a smaller size. I emailed their customer service email several times and never heard back from them. I did look later on their fb page and they do not allow reviews for their page and I see why now. I would not order from them again.
