Ordered over $100 of dresses and received 3/4. They were very cheap, terrible quality and not like the images. Smelled like SMOKE and made my skin itch. No tags. Took over a month to arrive. IT’S A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER. I want my money back!!

This company sells horrible poorly made clothing! My size xl top wouldn't fit a 4 year old!!!! No way to return it either! Run away!

The quality is awful. The material of the shirts I bought felt like a paper gown in a doctor’s office. Returning to China is made impossibly by this company. Customer service is nearly nonexistent. Lesson learned. Steer clear of this company!

I am furious. Their website says that they allow returns and will reply to your email within 24 hours. I finally got a reply after 2 weeks and their message was
"Dear customer,
Sorry for any inconvenience caused for you.
We can provide a coupon code for your next order, can you keep it or resell it or send to others?
If you want to return ,we are afraid you should pay for the postage ,the postage is also very expensive ,It is not worthwhile，how do you think about it ?"

How can you tell me that you accept returns and won't even let me return my item. They never even gave me an option to return it, except tell me that shipping is expensive. How much is shipping? What is the return address? Nothing. I am beyond disappointed besides the fact that my package was missing an item and they refuse to refund me for that either.

Do not purchase from them please. They are not legit, my ire arrived but the fabric and color was completely off in comparison to the picture. It also took a MONTH for my product to arrive. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

Is there a way of not putting any rating, actually, i would rate these scammers -1000.
I just filed a complain with International EConsumers, I suggest everyone does the exact same so they can get this ppl econsumer.gov
I placed an order June 5th...still no order and no money.

If there was a zero (0) star rating, I would have chosen it. This is a horrible rip off like everyone said and I totally should NOT have trusted the Instagram feed. I have been fortunate in the past in order off Insta but this time , it was a total SHAM. I did finally receive "something" today in the mail ... after over a month with no response regarding the status of my order, however, the items that were delivered are NOTHING like the pictures- other than "similar" in colors. I ordered 4 Small items and all will fit about 2 of me into them. The fabric and sewing is totally amateur and cut is all out of proportion. It's a mess. I spent $95 on these items and when I went to check the order link today it's saying it's "no longer available" - I believe I paid on Paypal and will put through a complaint, but this is horrifying. Never will I be fooled again.

The clothes arrived in about 4 weeks from ordering. The quality is horrible and I want to return them, however, the only way to do that is to email customer service. I've done that twice with no reply so I am guessing I am not getting my money back. Do yourself a favor and don't order from this company.

Whoever is doubting these reviews is maybe being paid by these scammers. I filed a complaint in the Better Business Bureau here in the US. They couldn’t contact this company because the email returns with undeliverable status. Even when I am losing my money, at least my comments in the complaint are going to be public. You don’t need to be Amazon to honor trustworthy communication with your customer or take two to three weeks to even respond to an email. Honor the return procedures in your website at least, but not even that has been done. I ordered two XL dresses and one of them doesn’t even go past my arms not to mention one the dresses was so smooched that look like fabric for washing dishes. I spent almost 70.00 for clothes I can find at Walmart I better conditions. They had the nerves of arguing me about it in an email I received today with no receipt of purchase sent in the bags. They are scammers and should be treated as so.

It took 6 weeks for my order to arrive. Unfortunately, the size wasn’t right. The only way to make a return is to email them, which I have tried three times with no reply. The return policy has 30 days, which is coming up, so unless I hear from them via email soon, I guess I’m out $75 and clothes that I will never wear. Terrible experience.

Still waiting on my clothes!!! It’s been over a month! I can’t even reach them! I’m so freaking mad!!!!!!! I should have read the reviews also! But they not gonna just keep my money!!!!!!

I could give this company a -1000 I WOULD! The clothing they send you is NOTHING I MEAN NOTHING compared to the pictures! For a dress it is still $30, so you would think it would be something comparable to target or a mall product! BUT YOU WOULD BE WRONG! Don't waste your time and money!

Horrible company. Ordered 4 items. Quality of clothing was terrible. The style was different and I couldn't fit into any one. Not one even with their size chart. They would not respond to a returns/refund email. Got in touch with PayPal and there is still no resolution. I have recently sent emails and they bounce back with a message that the mail box is full. I think they simply block customers. This is simply fraud.

I experienced no problems. I ordered from this site before i read the reviews and was immediately sceptical about my order. I also feared I had orered the wrong size. I emailed them and they replied i had probably ordered the right size and how to exchange if neccessary. At this point I started to question the reviews. I had my package tracked and it successfully arrived in 20 days. I love my purchase and it couldn't fit better. I suggest costomers remember this is not Amazon and it comes from around the world and in these dark times i think 20 days is excellent. Sorry but i give them a 5. Very professional and very pleased with my purchase.

Ordered over a month ago, they debited my card for over $70.00 and never have received the product, no replies from e-mails. This is a scam so-called company Luvrosy. Reported to Facebook and reported to the Attorney General's Office. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!

Such a terrible experience. The clothing was poor quality and did not match size charts. I had to reach out to them through PayPal to get them to respond to me to get info to process refund and then they didn't even send me the refund information, instead tried to get me to take a discount coupon instead and told me to reply to the email. Upon trying to reply it says the mailbox is full and is therefore bounced back. Such a waste of time and money.

AWFUL company! Disgusted with their products! I will never EVER buy from them again. I ordered a shirt in a 2x after reading the sizing chart, thinking ok I'll have room, get it and it's TINY! It fits a child, not an adult, maybe an adult who's a 2x as in large. I just wasted $45 bucks on this crap. The material is S*** too. There were loose threads on the shirt when I took it out of the bag. I don't even want to go through the trouble of getting my money back. The garbage can will wear it better. BYE $45! You are a crap company, you steal money and you should be put out of business.

If I could give them a 0, I would. Nothing fits x 4 items, even though I followed their size chart. Super poor quality. And my emails are undeliverable. Never again will I buy from them.
