Luv me wigs are the best
Luv me wigs are the best. The wig comes plucked and bleached so you do not have to do all that. The lace is precut for you. The hair is very soft and manageable. I bought the water wave wig and I love it. I love it so much bought another. I have a small head so the adjustable drawstring worked well. Luv me is my go to place to buy wigs. I was impressed with Luvme Hair from the moment the wig arrived. It was gift wrapped in a lovely purple box with a beautiful bow. I felt valued, appreciated, and loved right away. Moreover, there were other gifts in the box in addition to my wig e.g., comb, stocking caps, bands. The wig was wrapped separately with a nice card. I love the wig I just purchased. The hair is so beautiful, soft and human. The length is true to size and the curls are lovely. It’s a little too big for small heads like mine. I would actually order more wigs if they had small sizes. Bummer!

Buyer beware if you ever need customer service.
I have purchased multiple 20-inch wigs from LUVME this year. My most recent 20-inch wig was materially different from my previous purchases.
I contacted customer service the same day it arrived. Instead of resolving the issue, they requested a new piece of evidence in nearly every email. I complied every time by providing comparison photos, ruler measurements, screenshots of my previous purchases, and even cutting a sample of hair because they instructed me to do so.
After days of back-and-forth, my issue still wasn’t resolved, and I was eventually sent an automated delay email on the same thread we’d need communication on, clearly in order to close the issue. I ultimately had to open a PayPal dispute.

The quality of the wig it feels real and I love that. When I go too a beauty supply store and get a human hair wig it doesn’t fell like Luvme wig. Oh by the way I am 70 years old.

Great handling over a stolen package!
Luvme made me a loyal customer from the way they handled my situation! I came home to no package, which has never happened before. Though there was picture evidence of the package being delivered, I believe it was stolen from our delivery driver, as I immediately came to check where it was. The customer service team sent me a new wig! It was absolutely worth the wait, the wig was GORGEOUS. Thank you so much again!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase of two bundles of your Burmese Curly extensions
Upon receiving the package, I was incredibly disappointed by the actual amount of hair included in each bundle. The bundle size is significantly smaller than expected for the price point.
Furthermore, your website does not indicate how many bundles are required for a full-head installation. This crucial information was completely missing from the product description, which I found to be highly misleading. Because of the lack of transparency and the sparse amount of hair provided, I am unable to complete my planned style with what I purchased.
As a result of this experience, I will not be purchasing from your company again.

The quality of hair is fantastic as is the style though I would prefer that the dark hair be brown instead of black. Nevertheless, I would recommend this particular wig to anyone who has a preference for salt and pepper hair.
