Difficult to hang, difficult customer service experience, bad refund policy
I recently bought some paper from Lust that was impossible to hang without the joins showing. After trying to do it myself, I had essentially wasted 2 rolls and then had to hire a decorator to come and hang it because I thought the problem was me. It turns out, it was not. The decorator had exactly the same problem. The joins between the sheets (when using paper from the same roll) were extremely obvious (the pattern was dark, and the backing is white so white lines were visible at every join). Not only this, but there were colour differences (which they put down to different batches, but I disagree) and the paper marked very easily when hanging. We removed the paper as soon as the room was complete because the finish was so bad. I was hopeful that I would be able to get a refund on the paper, after sharing photographs with the customer service team, however because two of the rolls I purchased to replace the ones I had wasted initially were from a different batch, they refused to refund my entire purchase because they could not determine a fault with the paper. I was offered a "good will gesture" of a refund of half of the order because they maintained there was no fault with the paper and it was the application that caused the problem. If a professional is unable to hang the paper, I do not believe that it is not a problem with the application. The interactions with the customer service team were frustrating and difficult, and it took a lot of persuading to get the issue escalated. I do not know if the escalation was actually done though, as I had no visibility of it. I had to just go on the word of the representative that he would escalate it. There was no change in the offer given, so I don't believe that it was escalated at all.
The prints might be nice, but I will steer clear of this company from now on.

I ordered from Lust home for the first time as I am a bit dubious about ordering wallpaper on line especially at £45 a roll however my order arrived in just two days its packed really well and the quality of the wallpaper is fantastic the pattern matched perfectly without to much waste I can't wait to order more for my bedroom
