I'm frankly astonished to read such negative reviews on here.. I had such a great experience with lust home.. Ive bought two different types of wall paper both exactly like the pictures on their site and excellent quality.. Thick great quality wallpaper which lined up exactly.. May i add that i am inexperienced in laying wallpaper but this was easy because the quality was so good.I had no problems at all.. also delivery went without a hitch plus i ordered red fox paint which was also gorgeous and true to the colour on their site plus no problems with delivery.. am i ordering from the same shop as these reviewers..???

Love my new wallpaper. Paradiso....put up by a decorater who had no moans. One teensy thing to consider though. The wall underneath is painted a mid shade of green and as the paper is a smidge thin I should have painted the wall white/ceam prior to hanging. I cant see the green paint through the paper but where the coving is at the top there's some white on paint under a little section and when you look closely you can see the difference. Having said that i love the design and have just picked another lust home design for another room.

I bought some wallpaper from here and stupidly ordered the completely wrong one. I emailed them and their customer service was second to none they issued a refund and return to sender immediately as I did next day delivery.

The refund was back quickly and this was over Christmas too! I will definitely be returning and buying the correct one this time!

The designs are beautiful but for such expensive wallpaper the quality is AWFUL! My partner is a painter and decorator and said it’s the worst brand he’s ever used! Design starting to rub off in areas.

I loved this wallpaper design so much I designed pretty much my entire bathroom to fit in round it. I had difficulties with delivery of it, but I'm blaming the courier for this and I cannot fault Lust Home's customer services in the support they gave to eventually deliver my three rolls. Sadly, I had to call on them again as soon as we tried to hang the paper because the paper wasn't fit for purpose. First of all it looked nothing like the sample they sent which was much darker and on matt paper; and then there was the total lack of colour match on the wallpaper which was so bad the wall looked stripey! It was a huge disappointment. Customer services were lovely, again, and gave a full refund, but I'm left suspecting it's because it's such a common complaint.

Gorgeous design , Absolutely awful to hang on the walls, creases and damages when smoothing.. the paper tore when using a BRAND NEW Stanley blade. I've previously wallpapered my house with John Lewis wall paper without one fault.. I was only doing a feature wall, now me and my husband aren't speaking due to the terrible paper and the need to buy more paper due to damage! DO NOT RECCOMEND

As others have said, the patterns are beautiful but the quality is poor. Paper did not line up at all, the second roll was a completely different shade to the first, and the colour comes off when you try to wipe any paste off. We had a full refund. Beyond disappointing - It's not like it's cheap paper!! Be better off at B&Q!

Beautiful patterns but the quality is terrible. It creases very easily, leaving marks, the colouring came off the paper and the colouring was not to the edge and so it was impossible to get achieve a seamless finish. Will never buy from here again and would go out of my way to discourage anybody else from buying from them. I complained with photographs and received a full refund, thank God.

I ordered some wallpaper samples towards the end of last year, which seemed a really nice quality, lovely colours etc, but we weren't sure about the designs.
I finally got round to ordering a few more samples a few weeks ago and was really confused to find that the quality of these new ones is completely different! They have a strange almost gloss finish, and to be honest don't feel like wallpaper at all. They really didn't look good, the printing quality just wasn't the same either - one with a dark almost black background had faint lines on too - almost like when a printer is running out of ink! They were just very dark too and really didn't look like the online images (which were maybe from the old batch?!). They also creased very easily and where the creases are were awful white lines - like it cracks through the ink, again which I've noticed others mention in reviews.
Looking at other recent reviews on here it sounds like Lust have for some reason changed how their wallpaper is made and the finish of it. I find this very strange that they wouldn't have a warning on the product pages stating this. I'm glad I did order some more samples at least to find this out rather than spending a lot of money ordering actual rolls to find out they've significantly changed the finish! Unfortunately due to the new poor finish I won't be buying anything from this company.

Wallpaper is lovely, looks amazing on. Found the customer service really helpful, twice I had to return products and both times they were quick to reply and helpful in their response. Will definitely buy from again.

Pattern looked good online... Ordered 4 rolls, then thought we'd better order an extra roll within 4 days. The rolls were apparently from 2 different printers - 4 months apart, and every printing is different with no colour control! The difference in colour was unbelievable (faded sage vs pea green). Called up to be told I should re-order 5 rolls again and was offered a 10% discount.
I accept responsibility for not ordering 5 rolls on one day, however, the bigger issues are:
The repeat pattern only lines up in certain places, and is noticeably out in other areas for every roll.
The colour washes out when you lightly sponge off the adhesive, so you have very faded sections. Presumably printed on someones home printer.
A corner wall has a huge white faded crease from top to bottom, from just using the wallpaper brush to smooth it into place.
As others have said the paper creases and leaves a white crease.
The seams don't butt up nicely either.
Wish we'd order from a rival company as we've had a much better experience from that site...
Be warned.

I will be helpful....stay away from this total disaster of a company. Go buy from Wayfare to save yourself the absolute shambolic experience....I would have given no stars if I could.....poor communication, poor customer service and poor products.

This is possibly the worst wallpaper I have ever used. The design is fantastic but the paper creases very easily leaving white marks in the print. The edges are visible leaving white lines along each strip and if you have to cut around objects - forget it, it doesn’t bend but creases … more white marks. PLEASE DON’T BE TEMPTED BY THE GREAT DESIGNS THE PAPER IS TOTAL RUBBISH

Giving three stars as the quality of the wallpaper was great and customer services are excellent - I know this as I had to make several calls to them. And this is why there are two stars missing…
I ordered a next day delivery which didn’t turn up. This was frustrating as I’d called Lust the morning it was due to check it was definitely coming (I’d had no email etc from a courier saying it was coming and I had a decorator on standby). I was assured it was.
When I called Lust the following day after it was meant to be here, they told me it had been handed to Evri - the worst couriers ever - and the parcel hadn’t even made it on to their tracking system. After another call I was refunded the next day delivery charge and another parcel was despatched.
The parcel arrived at 6pm the following day and had a pot of paint missing. This meant that the decorator coming the following morning didn’t have the materials to compete what was now a very urgent job (we’re 5 days behind now). I had to go out to B&Q that evening to buy paint and then return the one pot delivered by Lust. Another phone call later and the money was refunded.
Not a great experience as it was a lot of hassle but as I say, getting through to Lust is easy (a human picks up the phone) and every customer service agent was friendly and helpful. The products (from what I’ve seen so far) are great.
Lust would do well to ditch its couriers and perhaps have better checks on contents of parcels going out of its warehouse.

I ordered two samples paying for both. They sent in my opinion awful paper that looked nothing like the image. Very poor quality as well and easily marked.

Terrible customer service!
I recently purchased multiple items (paint and wallpaper), my latest purchase date 22/06/2023. I enquired if I could add another roll of wallpaper to the order as it had not been dispatched to avoid another £5.95 delivery charge.
My call was taken by the head of customer service, Thomas, who advised that there was nothing he could do to wave the cost or add to my order so to try a NEW10 discount code which “might” work.
Really disappointed and I will avoid purchasing in future as the company clearly don’t care about sales!

We received our wallpaper and was very pleased with the packaging and the vibrant colours of the print.

We did have a problem with one roll which was dealt with by their friendly team

My item arrived with pieces of my order missing. DPD ignored my safe place request & dropped at my drop shop. The box was carefully opened & resealed. I would not order from LUST again. They "don't see how it could have been tampered with" I had hoped to use this company a lot with my design business, but this will no longer be the case
