Lusha, you are driving me absolutely mad!!! You have clearly and illegally and INCORRECTLY posted my details online and I’m getting call after call after call from businesses wanting to sell me coffee!!!!! I WORK WITH COMPUTERS!!!!! There is zero way to contact you… I NEEED all my info removing from your site immediately - I didn’t ask for it to be there and you NEED to comply with GDPR - what is your complaints address???

Lusha collects and makes up information (such as non-existent email addresses) and sends out spam / phishing emails repeatedly, even if the domain returns Non-Delivery Reports. This is considered illegal and should be ceased immediately. Let's hope someone finds a legal way to stop them!

This company has been illegaly processing my personal data and selling it to other parties. This has to STOP! If you live in the UK or EU, please report them (for UK > google: ICO Data protection complaints)

Be absolutely clear this is a SCAM. An attempt to harvest personal information by deception.

DONT give them any information. They will not stop contacting you. Don't trust what I or anyone else says without checking first with a trusted third party.

In some areas you may be able to ask your online watchdog/regulator, Internet provider / cell provider or network to save anyone else from this morally bankrupt scam

Don't fall for the pasted nonsense they use to confuse people when someone bothers to reply. Unfortunately a business model that works by harming your aunty, your granddad, your offline older cousin just moves onto the next scheme.

This company has illegally acquired my personal details and sold it to third parties. I am now being harrassed via my personal mobile number and email address by companies that I have no interest in doing business with.
This is not the first time this has happened, I have submitted requests to have my details removed from their system yet am still being contacted.

Just signed up to Lusha on Enterprise subscription - seems to be a faulty system and won't let us download data needed. Have tried to reach out to account manager/s many times over the last 3 days, but to no success - this is an issue as we need this to continue our work - just need an answer to our questions/someone to help us fix the issue.

I don’t know why I don’t look here first. Customer Service is a joke. Can’t log in with a brand new password. I’m only on day 1 with them. UGH!!! This platform was highly recommended, unreal!

Enterprise package is a SCAM. NEVER upgrade. Evil, Rude and Nasty Account Managers.

We run an agency and now are locked into the SCAM Enterprise package which you can never unsubscribe from.

We recently purchased bulk leads and have had them immediately block our account right after paying.

Very rude behaviour as though they are at war with you instead of trying to help.

Spam emails claiming to have your data.

SPAM heavy company.

SPAM and not in any way GDPR compliant.

Is contacting our whole company telling each one that they will sell our personal data. No clue where they've got them from. It's totally fraud, never allowed and absolutely not GDPR compliant in any way.
We are going to inform the authorities about this behaviour.

They don’t deserve even one star! I purchased a contract for 12 months.
They casually decided they didn’t want to honour what I purchased even though I had it in writing.
I spoke to a manager he reassured me it would be resolved and then ghosted me. Left me dealing with HR and technical support. All of whom fobbed me off and asked me to pay AGAIN for the same contract. I refused … I have lost hundreds of pounds and I warn you to steer clear because they are shocking.

Called my personal phone number to try and sell me their services. When questioned on how they got my number, they stated they had harvested through LinkedIn then continued trying to give me their sales pitch. Shocking. Utter breach of GDPR.

The are adding people to mailing lists that are in direct violation of the CAN-SPAM Act. There is also no information or the companies address, along with an option to unsubscribe, giving it 3 violations in total.

Enjoy the fines and dealing with the FTC.

All indications this is a scammy site, seems not to have a legitimately collected dataset.

Total scam company, stole the idea from zoominfo and really bad quality. 90% of their data unaccurate.

Similar experience to others on here. Lusha has been selling my personal contact details and I'm now getting regular cold calls from companies who have informed me they have received my details directly through Lusha. I can confidently say I have NEVER given anyone permission to process or store these details as I'm incredibly vigilant about this so without doubt in my opinion they are breaching GDPR rules. I'll be raising a complaint about them.

Non-GDPR compliant data harvesting company. They're selling my data without my permission, I will be submiting a complaint to the ICO.

Huge breach of GDPR, they process your personal data and if they inform you its only to mention that the data is stored there. You can appeal through a form, but that then tells you that even though you Opt-Out they still keep the data for 7 years. Already filed my report at the local GDPR agency here but this is a huge scam.

Never asked for their contact. They say they get their data legally - so why in the email do you want me to respond and give you a load more by answering a load of questions?

I am now spam blocking with an auto delete filter.
