All appears to be going well
It took 2 weeks to arrive, but I begin adding it slowly to my dogs feedings right away. Having no issues with her eating and all seems to be going fine. I have only had the product for approximately 5 days now, but hoping this indeed works and fatty lumps begin to start shrinking!

Terrible
Terrible. Took 3 weeks for tracking number to tell me it was delivered. Which it never was. I reached out for a refund to be told that they have no photo confirmation of delivery so they don’t know where it is but that I also need to get proof that it wasn’t delivered or lost to get a refund. So now I’m out money because after week 2 I decided just to get a different product from Amazon who would have it to me instantly. Easy product to find a better, less expensive alternative for. And went through a company with better customer care.

Nightmare
This made my dog not want to eat his food every time I tried to add even a little bit to it. On top of that, his lump of concern got bigger! He also got sick from it, therefore it is not as described and should absolutely qualify for a return free shipping and full refund. I immediately stopped use, am going back to the other one, wish I never even ordered from them... been trying to get a refund and return shipping label for a couple weeks now and they are going in circles and avoiding a mention of a refund altogether until tonight when they said partial refund and not to return, I said no way, they need to send me a return label so I can return the whole order and receive my full refund without paying for shipping like any normal company would do and instead they decided they wanted to receive a negative review, as I forwarned them I would do if they didn't stop playing games.

A different product was sent than what was ordered. The teeth cleaner vs what we received the Advanced Dental Powder with high Zinc content which is not good for a small dog.. No dosage recommendation for different size dogs.. This could be very dangerous for a small dog to take the dose they are recommending..

Got their money and GHOSTED
I want to write another review because of just how terrible this is. I was so excited to buy this product. Their marketing is great.. and we want the best for our best friends.. my Ollie has a lump and was so looking forward to seeing if this prevented others/ helped with his grass eating.. NEVER GOT MY ORDER.. customer service said it was an issue with USPS, but still never got it.. it’s been MONTHS. I ordered in May! And they have since ghosted me. It feels like they preyed on my love for my dog and never sent the product.

Very polite & helpfull. Did have a 3 pac Turkey Tail & a can of Joint support in the cart , but wanted to do a 1 time order to try it . Was disappointed i coulden’t keep my same order & just try it first instead of having to get it changed to just 1 container of Turkey Tail .
