I’m absolutely amazed
I’m absolutely amazed. 3 weeks in, while petting my big fur baby, some bumps and lumps have disappeared and others have decreased in size. I used to feel them all the way down his side and upper back. The other day, I was in the ‘no way’ shock. 1 tiny scoop daily. That’s it.

Its transformed my dog
I’m in Australia and when I see a product coming from another country I’m skeptical and my 13 year old dog had a huge lump the size of my fist on his ribs and it’s nearly gone, I have to feel with my hand which side it’s on as it’s so small now after 3 months. He had it for about 3 years. He’s back to being healthy and not coughing.

You have no customer service
You have no customer service. You won't correct you mistakes in shipping address no matters how many times you are contacted and the correct address is given. You have changed me now close to two hundred dollars for product you repeatedly send to the wrong zip code. You have no phone number to contact you. Therefore, you are using AI for all customer complaints, which you don't give a dam about correctly. You product is good but your service and company suck. You always reply back that you understand the frustration and will look into it, but you never do. That is answer for an AI customer service. This has gone on for months with numerous emails and no corrections. Therefore, you don't care. I wish a different company had your product with decent customer service. If, you had a customer service phone with a live person this issue would have been handle months ago. But, you won't give me a number do it can be handle correctly. So, don't pretend you care

Change made a difference
My dog had been on another mushroom supplement which was working pretty well but I decided to give this a try. Within a few weeks I noticed that the larger fatty lumps she has are shrinking that weren't with the other one.

Company not transparent
Purchased a buy one get one free. Took close to a month (and multiple emails) to get 1 extremely small canister that came from China. Wrote customer service who will not honour the second canister.
Extremely disappointed in the delay in delivery, lack of customer service response, lack of transparency the product comes from China and not honouring what is advertised. Will not purchase again. This company just doesn’t feel 100% ethical.

Noticeable changes in my pups
I have noticed significant decreasing of the lumps on one dog. On another dog her eye boogers are now gone. I used to clean her eyes at least twice a day. On the 4th jar now, going to place another order
