Was looking for a bigger % off of a new product due to problems with a different watch

I paid for 2 day shipping and the watch came a day later. I sent a email requesting a refund for the 2 day shipping and got no response. Also there is no customer service or technical support.
No what I expected from Luminox!

I received my watch and love it the whole process was easy fast and professional thank you

Everything was great and my husband loves the watch.

Worth the investment. The workmanship is top notch and I look forward to many years of service from my new watch. So far it is everything I hoped it would be.

My son just went in to the Navy and this watch was perfect.

Lightweight and durable. Love it.

Your website, follow-up, etc., needs a serious review!!!!

Several years ago I bought a lumanix watch . It was great the first year and a half I had it . Then the battery went out , I took to a jewelry store I have used for over 20 years he changed the battery. I swam all summer showered all the time swam 4 months the next summer . Then one day I looked at my watch and saw a dial full of water. Finally found where to send it for repairs and sent it in . A couple of weeks some little sacalled me with a $292.00 estimate to repair the watch . I told him that only paid $312.00 tax included. Just paying that for repair . He said the battery was not installed correctly . If was not why did it take a year and five months to fail ? His attitude was very poor and sa !I will not buy another watch and every time I get a chance to tell some one how poor your warranty is and how you DON’T stand behind it !! I know of six different people that thanked me and either walked away or bought another brand ! And yes I will keep up the word of mouth every time I can ! Thanks for nothing

Everything I thought and more. On the large side but easy to see day, night AND dusk!

The shipping was quick and the watch was packed in it's own super box, to protect it from damage by the manufacturer, and then it was wrapped well again for shipping! The watch is superb and I'm glad I purchased this one.

Excellent watch! Customer service was superb and delivered this time piece on time as promised.
You will not regret the quality!

I'd like to think I'm not hard on watches, but I had to send my Luminox Blackout back to manufacturer once for overhaul after a fall from counter top height (shattered quartz, wouldn't keep time). A year later, same thing. Not sending it in/ paying for that again. Watch looks great but has shown to be very fragile.

My only complaint was the delay in the filling of my order, and the notice of it being shipped being sent the same day that the watch arrived. The product is excellent.

Bought a watch online. Second hand fell off the company wouldn’t fix it Because it wasn’t bought through them. No backing off there product

Honestly, I have never wanted to like / love a product as much as I wanted to cherish the two Luminox watches I’ve had. One was mine and the other I bought for my son. Combined, I would guess they have been “repaired” 4 to 6 times and as of now neither is operable. I spent a considerable amount on the watches originally and each subsequent repair was quite pricey and regrettably they never functioned very long afterwards. Currently, neither watch works and they are both retired to a drawer. I look at them occasionally and think about trying another but one was enough and two was too much.

Worst watch over 200 hundred dollars I ever owned. I felt bad and kept having it repaired because my police officer son bought for me. First the crown came off in the first month, then it started losing time after a year. That resulted in a battery change and within a month started ls My time again. I found out later from my son was having similar problems and he apologized for buying me a garbage watch. I immediately bought two hire end G shock casios. 9 months later, ocean swimming, snowmobiling, rough outdoor and his crazy 3rd shift policing the G shocks no problem. The luminox died a quick death. It’s a crap brand, hard to find repair people and parts. Total joke

I am a diver and my watch provides superior performance at a great value.

I was given a Luminox Navy Seal watch some years ago. The repair center quoted me a really high price of over $200 to repair the watch. The paint on the face was coming off. I think that is a defect and should be covered for life. The watch isn't that old. I did purchase a new one on Ebay for less money than you quoted me to repair something I feel should be taking care of.
