Worst online shopping experience.
I ordered a costume my child really wanted and paid around €45. Unfortunately, the mask arrived broken, and the overall quality of the outfit was extremely poor—honestly not even worth a few euros.
What’s worse is that despite receiving a damaged product, I was told a refund was not possible due to their policy. After sending numerous complaints, I only received a partial refund, with the rest issued as store credit.
Now the biggest issue: the store credit doesn’t even show up or work at checkout. I’ve tried multiple devices and browsers, and nothing works.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. Be cautious before ordering—I would not recommend.
