Ordered a pair of trainer type boots ,Big mistake, they took ages to arrive, they are of very poor quality and it would have cost me £22 to return them to China. Anyone ordering from these people be warned if you need to return an item.
Dress
The product took 2 weeks to arrive.
The item didn't fit, there were no sizing guide when I ordered product.
The material was very poor quality..
On return they want me to pay £12 to return it.
Deserves no stars
Deserves no stars. Ordered three pairs of sandals. Wrong size delivered (eventually), and very poor quality. I thought the company was based in UK. They demanded that I return items to China at huge cost rather than to the UK address given on their packaging in case of non-delivery. Be careful.
Same story as the others
Same story as the others. Bought dress. Absolute rubbish. Called Luma London - very clever. £25 to return to china. They know most people won’t bother. This company needs to be investigated. Does anyone know the best way forward. They have loads of strands for all sorts of things operating in exactly the same way.
AVOID!
Based in China rather than UK
I ordered 2 dresses from this company which stated 7 to 14 days delivery. I received the dresses 4 weeks later. I didn't realise the company is based in China and that's where the stuff comes from. When they eventually arrived they didn't suit so I emailed to request to return for a refund. After 5 emails trying the get me to keep them offering various options I insisted on a returns form. The items have to be tracked at the buyers expense and it cost me £25 for this service. I should have looked into the company before ordering but with a name like Luma London I expected them to be UK based. I now have to wait for the refund which I'm sure will not be straight forward. Research before you buy anything via FB!
Luma-London - Terrible!
Luma-London do not fulfil their contract. Clothes are made of horrible material and when you try to make a return they just offer lots of ridiculous options and avoid sending the returns address. Terrible customer service - wish I hadn’t bothered 😕
Cheap cr4p!
The products are nothing like the pictures, they are made and shipped from China, in spite of having a London address. The quality is awful, and returns very expensive (and take a long time with no guarantee of arriving).
Avoid at all costs
