Awful
Ordered a dress for my work Christmas party at the beginning of December, delivery said it would be 7-14 days, I then didn’t receive the dress until after Christmas after emailing asking where it is as the tracking didn’t work yet no reply from them, I now want to return as don’t need it and the quality isn’t great at all, they also won’t reply to my email asking to return and don’t make it obvious on how to return either!

An update from August 1st when I had to pay to return the rubbish finally sent, to a peculiar address which seemed to be an elevator! They had the audacity to make a challenge through my credit card company, but have not been successful. After many weeks the package was returned (yesterday), having not been claimed. In other words the address is not valid. They do operate with others across parts of the world such as Australia. Facebook and other such media should deal with these guys.
Absolutely inferior goods
Absolutely inferior goods - misrepresentation to the extreme.
I ordered what I thought was a Shetland type wool hooded jumper.
When it arrived it was made up of lightweight inferior T shirt material with a printed knit pattern on it. Absolutely rubbish.
Don't buy from this company as you can't return without paying a fortune in postage to China.
Misrepresentation & no Customer Service
If I could give a minus rating, I would.
Marian Norman, I hope you don't mind me using some of your wording, but it was so similar to my experience.
This company has completely failed as follows:
- Quality of the product is woeful;
- Returns process is horrid;
- Very difficult to get response from company about returns - kept offering several discounts on basis of encouraging me to keep the product;
- Eventually offered a return, with the most ridiculous address i have ever seen. I posted the shoes anyhow, at my expense and sent evidence of return as requested, which was stuck in China Customs for over 3 months;
- Will not offer refund until they get the returned item!
- After about 3.5 months, the shoes arrived back at MY address!!
- I really don't want anyone else to be affected by this scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Mis represents quality of products/ great difficulty in returning product and getting a refund
This company needs to be transparent and honest in the following;
- Quality of the product it is selling - it is not representative of the product advertised
- Returns process is complicated and delayed
-Very difficult to get response from company about returns - took a number of emails to get a response
-Once responded offered several discounts on basis of encouraging one to keep the product
-Eventually offered a return - sent evidence of return as requested which has now been stuck in China Customs for over 3 months
-Will not offer refund until then get the returned item!
As per previous review I think this company advertises under different brand names
- I doubt now with this review I will get a refund but I don't want anyone else to be affected by this scam
It does not deserves any star, STAY AWAY.
It does not deserves any star.
Inferior quality and wrong sizes. It’s based in China. I spent £35 to send back the shoes that were made from plastic and they refused to accept them. Therefore, no refund. They are on their way back to London.
Even for a top, that I did not receive, they did not issue a refund. It’s a fraud!
Stay away!
Absolutely not Luma London
Absolutely not Luma London - this is a China based company who are also Ruby&Mae & possibly various other names. Do not purchase unless you’re prepared to keep your order & not complain about it. They claim next day delivery if you place an order at 12pm. Yorkshire to China ain’t next day, they mean 10 days. They claim effortless returns, they don’t mean that also. They offer an abundance of discounts for you to keep the products and tell you it’s going to be expensive to return, DPD £13. Just a CON CON CON…end of..!! And good to see others have been caught out also. These establishments and how they trade has to be looked at as how do they get away with it, advice would be gratefully appreciated….
What a scam
What a scam. Some of the worst people you can come across. I wish I’d read the reviews first. Do not touch them.
scam company
scam company. Use London in name but not a british company - they are based in China. Took weeks to deliver and merchandise was really poor quality. Tried to return and told i had to pay postage to China which was more than the value of the item. don't touch this company and be aware that they are linked to Rubyand Mae which is also a china based company. avoid at all costs !!
Absolute scammers do not buy
I have given one star just to be able to write my review. I also ordered a dress totally shabby absolute rubbish sent email to company who I agree should not have London in their name told could have percentage off but this I did not want so I sent back at expense only to be told it is held up in customs in china this was over a month ago I have emails telling me to be patient what a scam this firm are absolutely appalling and I therefore urge people not to buy from them it certainly is a scam.
Terrible scam company
Terrible scam company! Ordered leather sandals in July. Bombarded by stupid emails. Complained via PayPal. Package with terrible plastic sandals arrived today 9 September. Avoid! Also linked to another dodgy company Ruby & Mae, who then emailed that my order was being sent. Pointed out I hadn’t ordered anything, although they had my address & email. Do not use
Do not buy anything from this…
Do not buy anything from this company!!!! Thieves and con artists, product supplied rubbish quality, tried asking for return details, fobbed off by saying the would supply another pair. I advised did not want another pair, just how to return the original order. This was ignored, surprise, surprise, this is when I clicked, I had been conned.
Dreadful
I’ve only given one star because I can’t give zero. Item made it to the uk after 2 weeks only for the courier, Evri, to lose it. I’ve requested a refund from Luma as advised by Evri, but they are being completely unhelpful. Avoid at all costs

Ruby and Mae.
Scammers
Luma London/ Ruby and Mae
These are scammers. They donot provide you with the items you ordered and paid for, instead they constantly try to negotiate a price discount.
These are fraudsters who should be barred from Facebook and other social media’s. They use several alias’s for the same goal of extracting money from you.
Bought a pair of orthopedic sandals
Bought a pair of orthopedic sandals - £39.95 size 40. Huh must be at least 38 ish so do not fit.
Have been offered all the discounts of the day which are of no use or interest to me, then to discover that I need to return the sandals to CHINA. How can they trade as Luma London yet I have to stand the cost to post back to CHINA. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - ITS A DISGRACE / SHAM.
I now need to find someone with size 38 feet

I bought a dress from this company and was so disappointed when it arrived. The material is awful and it just wasn't the dress that I had seen in the advert. I have requested a refund but if not I have contacted my credit card firm and will be raising a dispute. This is disgusting that a company can treat people like this
Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish , have been completely conned , like all the other reviews I get sucked in , I saw 14 day return , but didn’t read to the end that that are based in Asia , dress was a very vague resemblance to the dress in the picture , just awful . 😞
