Don't book this joke of a taxi firm. Booking was made three days before pick up,rang to check everything was booked so waiting for taxi. With 15 minutes to go before pick up got a call saying taxi was cancelled because they had no drivers in the area. This is not acceptable and I will never use this firm again. Use at your own peril, totally useless stoke firm.

If you take a booking 2 days in advance that booking should be assured, if you cannot do this then do not book in advance, and certainly do not lie and repeatedly say he is on his way when you know full well he is not.
Avoid at all cost
Booked a taxi the night before from the travel lodge on the edge of Crewe. Got a text to confirm. Two minutes before taxi due they rang me to say they were not coming and my taxi was cancelled!!! no reason given to why it was cancelled !! Avoid at all costs.

Booked a taxi via a telephone booking advised there was a possible 45 minute waiting time which was acceptable as we needed a taxi for a hospital visit within 10 minutes the taxi arrived the driver was very polite we arrived well before the visiting time also booked the lucky seven taxi’s Stoke several times this week & had the same experience polite drivers & no delays in waiting times will use again

Received the taxi this evening from this firm and let me tell you the way that I was spoken to and made to feel like I'm not even a part of society is a understatement on answering the taxi I was told that I will have to pay money upfront never had to do this before and the confusion from my side is that I've always use lucky 7 and always paid he basically responded and said people like you and I need to get my money before I set off so let's just get to the queen I live in supported accommodation and then basically asked for an explanation why would he point someone out like myself while dressed well-mannered and polite on arrival with money in my hands bare in mind so basically by this point I've already passed the money on and I've asked this question after he's basically said do you want to go home or not or do you you want to get out of by this point I've already been bullied into my money and now I'm being bullied into how I will get home I went quiet and within myself for a few minutes and then realid the situation was no good and ask to get out of this taxi he rubs the car over the road and then says that I will be charging you from here to there so I've been spoken to poorly bullied out of money and then nearly giving whiplash the way he pulled over the road like a little boy racer the I have reported this to the police and will with a port in it to the taxi licencing firm tomorrow also I will not be penalised for my situation and my livelihood speaking like this to customers and picking up people from a college I don't see it is the job for this person thank god that they give number plates out as they were refusing also to give the licence number off that driver they were dating over the phone that they can't do this I don't know how true this is but I will find out off the taxi licencing people tomorrow peppol like you it's absolutely disgusting makes me feel like that

Booked a taxi, from my home to a friend's, obviously booked the same one back, going from my home was charged 15 pounds which is actually too much. Out of good grace I give that, coming back it was 17.50, so he rang his manger, she checked that I paid 15 earlier on in the day. So he was told to accept the 15 pounds, and that the company would make up the rest. As I refused to pay it, as soon as his boss was off the phone it was raised voices hands in my face "get out of my taxi you smackhead, crackhead!!! so I exited the car calmly and left the door open, he had the nerve to say why leave my door open, after 5mins of abuse in the car. All the drivers charge different amounts for the same journey. Shouldn't of had to pay the 15 going there, as he went well out his way, lied to me saying western coyney way to get to sandford Hill. And we ended up in forsbrook, turning right for dilhorne lanes anyway, which i said he should of done at the boundary leaving cheadle. As I said look this is normally a 13.90 fair. And he was ok with it of me giving 15, they make it up with bs and driving super slow, but coming back other driver knew friends of mine, so was kinda cool but soon turned sour he was going to keave me stranded on boundary lanes as well, i never raised my voice once to him nor was i disrespectful, i will never use this company again. And I will be taking this further. Was visiting a friend who had just came out if hospital and needed help. So don't bother with the so called phone call, as I have made some calls of my own already. Don't want to hear from you again, sort your drivers out. I have used you guys for time now, you have lost a good customer.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Would give 0 if I could!!!! Absolutely awful!!!!!!!. Booked my taxi 5 days prior to needing so I knew I had a journey home. The night came and 7 minutes before my taxi was meant to arrive I get a message from on the app to say “sorry we have had to cancel your taxi”.. not really on is it? Leaving customers stranded at places 7 minutes before they’re meant to go home. NEVER BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Booking accepted via the app for 08:00, 08.05 no taxi, I called them to be told they couldnt guarantee the booking and they would try their best, my advise if you need tk get to an appointment or catch a train, steer clear of this taxi company take an Uber
Avoid this dreadful taxi company at all costs
We used this taxi firm to return late night from a wedding on the weekend and it was a dreadful experience, exacerbated by appalling, rude and totally unhelpful customer service. Having booked it more than 24 hours in advance, we were waiting in the cold and dark for nearly half an hour after our scheduled booking. It transpired that our original driver had decided not to bother, something that Lucky Seven knew but didn't tell us. We only found out when we phoned to find out where our already late cab was. The people who answered back at base seemed annoyed by our frustration and not especially willing to help. I don't think it is possible to receive less friendly, less helpful and ruder customer service than these cowboys. DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY!

Huge thank you. After trying to get a taxi for over an hour.all the usual uber 3 other taxi companies in crewe....I stumbled across lucky 7......10 minute wait amazing. Lovely driver...and collected us later .....perfect will definitely use you again.....

23:55 = no taxi and rang them up to be told “we’re running about an hour late”

The app allows you to book a time in advance that the taxi company can’t fulfil regardless of the time of day. It’s twice I’ve been told to avoid booking a taxi at a similar time to when schools finish. Just excuses and a dreadful attitude on base when you call up. The first time I called I was told the taxi would be three minutes! It’s a lie because it arrived 25 minutes later. it’s a shame because the drivers are usually nice and polite. Obviously the app needs improvement and the people that answer your phone need to work on their customer service skills! I’ve been using you for too long and its time to try someone else because despite giving you extra time today knowing how unreliable you can be I’ve still missed my train!

Absolutely terrible.Booked a taxi on the app, they took the money out of my account right away and then cancelled the taxi almost instantly…this money has never been returned to me.When I called to query this, I was met by some incompetent woman who was excessively rude and called me a liar.All your drivers are noncey perverts too…grim-scum of the earth.
