Drivers always so polite and chatty. Always on time and cars are immaculate. The app is so easy to use and the tracking makes life so much easier.

Good for money. The point system works like a treat too. There drivers are also very respectful

Terrible experience
I prebooked a taxi previous night for 06:45hrs following morning, I start work at 7am. The taxi came at 06:56 hrs and I reported late for work . This is the second time l have been late for work due to lucky seven taxis ignorance. I have had numerous awful experiences with them and have been left assuming they probably discriminate their customers. I will avoid lucky seven from now on.

I’ve been using Lucky 7 for years. I always get nice & polite drivers. Hubby & I use them for everything from Hospital appointments, shopping & days/nights out. I use the app, which is very helpful. Especially with the build up of discount through the various journeys. We have a few favourites who we know them & vice versa. I would recommend to other people.

My female child used this taxi service and was picked up by a guy called kamaran, this driver was trying to flirt with her and was looking at her inappropriately, he then drove past her female friend from school and he peeped at her and made lewd signs out the window to her. I tried to make a complaint and was told go ahead go to the police and cut me off. Do not let your child or partner anywhere near this company!!!

Used the app on a Sunday to book taxi from Leek road to my home some 5 miles away - useful locator app which gave my precise location and instant confirmation of booking, timing, name of driver and cost. Taxi arrived within 5 minutes which was amazing given that both the Leek road and Victoria road were partially closed due to tarmacking and the traffic was horrendous. My driver was courteous and chatty and although the trip home took considerably longer than it should have done, he did nt charge me any extra to the quoted price. Highly recommend.

Booked taxi waited 45 minutes for a driver, ridiculous not good enough. Guy in the office was okay tho won’t be using this company again

Very bad customer service especially the ones who work at the office. They have no single manners. Very bad set of people working with discriminatory attitude

The taxi driver was rude and a complete mess. Coupled with the fact that when they want to make a call to their office, they start speaking in a language you so not understand when you know English is the acceptable language.

I have met other nice and friendly drivers.

They don’t even deserve one. I’ve booked a taxi 3 hours in advance. Driver was assigned 25 minutes after scheduled time. Not moving for food 5 minutes. I’ve cancelled the booking. It’s just ridiculous. And they are calling themselves number one taxi company in Stoke. What a joke.

I booked for a lucky seven taxi this morning for 6:38am,the driver came 6:34 and started disturbing me with calls to come out, and went out to tell him is not yet booked time, then l noticed, he failed to pack, staying on the road, putting on the car double pointer to divert other cars. I asked him to park well while the passenger come out, he told me to cancel the taxi at 6:36am and booked another. It was really horrible experience this morning with lucky seven driver

Terrible experience. I booked a car 2 hours ahead from Stoke station. When I arrived got sent a text saying car was 2 minutes away. Used the tracker and saw the car going in the opposite direction getting further away. I called back and was put through to the driver who told me he wasn't coming for me and put the phone down on me. I then called back to the main number. They didn't apologise but told me they'd sent another car. I had to wait half an hour and when the driver arrived he was uncommunicative and unhelpful. Horrible experience, definitely would NOT recommend!

Booked with lucky 7 back from theatre at 11 pm. Taxi was there on time and was cheaper than any other taxi company around my area. I will definitely be using lucky 7 taxi company again. No problems at all with them
