I love the app so much taxis take no longer than 5 minutes gets me places on time

Today when I tried to book for my son's school none of the drivers are taking the trip and even after 5 minutes Lucky seven doesn't bother to allocate a taxi for me, very very horrible experience. I am booking daily to and fro to work at night and when I need a taxi for my little one's school they don't even bother to allocate a taxi for me. Worst and horrible experience show by Lucky seven towards a regular customer.

The company is doing great, a few issues with the app freezing but that's technology and some drivers are rude but when speaking to the base this was resolved fairly quick.

They're swift and reliable. The company has good drivers and ww feel safe when we travel

I have used lucky 7 for 20 plus years always friendly helpful drivers I wouldn't use anyone else I get about 20 taxis aweek I never have to wait long for a taxi 😊

Lucky seven taxis are very affordable be honest , drivers have good communication skills and have fair pricing options as compared to other companies . The more trips you make the more points you make which is literally fantastic.I surely recommend to everyone .

Always quicker than other taxi’s and tends to be pretty respectful drivers, always help me when it’s just me and my toddler.

I've found the Luck Seven app wonderful. So helpful, even booking taxis ahead to stop at various venues before it's final destination. My hubby is finding easy on his phone too. The points I accumulate with the miles adds up to money off various journeys. Both of the drivers have been really helpful with my elderly mother today, she's chatty like me. I recommend this app and convenience to use.
