Very easy to book a taxi on the app. A driver arrived within 3 minutes. He was polite and even got out the car to help me put my shopping trolley in the boot.

Joke of a taxi company. Pre-book a taxi. Doesn't show up. So phone and say they looking for a driver. No ETA. Avoid and look elsewhere

Mohammed Yousaf, vehicle registration BG15 EVW (Red Skoda Octavia) drove off with my goods and lied about it. I want to be clear that I understand mistakes can happen. If the driver had acknowledged the situation and returned the item at a later time, I would have accepted that as an honest error. However, what I find deeply concerning is the denial of the incident. If you’re in Stoke-On-Trent beware

Lucky Seven take us to Stoke for football from the hotel and it means no stress finding a parking space or sitting in traffic after the match.

3 times ive paid in advance via the link they send , and no show , no one as come , contacted the police and trading standards, AVOID THESE CON MEN

The drivers are polite, respectful and helpful, you can gain loyalty points each time you use the taxi company that you can add up to get a free taxi or discounted, they arrive on time and you can see where your taxi is if you order on the app, they are cheaper than uber.
