SCAM SCAM SCAM...IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD...SCAM SCAM SCAM.
Companies like this exist because of the apathy of the authorities. I stupidly followed a link on Instagram (of course they won't do anything) and ended up with a 7 week wait and the toy literally lasted 5 seconds (I have a Malinois). Now being offered a derisory sum as a refund ($7) and told only a full refund will be issued if I send it back. I asked why in gods name I would have kept a pile of fluff and some ripped fabric?!
My dog toy lasted 1 minute. Such poor quality. Took ages to arrive. Was offered £3 refund. Still fighting for a full refund
Terrible waited 6 weeks for the dog toy it said on the advert indestructible and it lasted less than a minute ask.for a refund and they said because it wasn't damaged in transit they would refund me £3 . Avoid thos company
Ordered the beginning of december .. received yesterday and was pulled to bits in 5 mins or receiving it !! absolute waste of money
Ordered early December, chased up in mid December as no delivery and requesting a refund as by now, I've had to buy something else. Only then do I get an email saying "we've processed tour order. Kept getting emails saying, "You will love it, be patient, so sorry, wait until you get it, then let us know, thank you for understanding...."
First and last time.

Ordered early November, chased up in mid December as no delivery and requesting a refund as by now, I've had to buy something else. Only then do I get an email saying "we've processed your order,"which eventually arrived at the beginning of January. Kept getting emails saying, "You will love it, be patient, so sorry, wait until you get it, then let us know, thank you for understanding...." Then they finally agree to a US$2 refund.... Scammers.
Do not order from these.
Waiting for delivery which has been nearly 2 months now. They said they have sent another out as can’t locate previous. Still hasn’t arrived and keep back handing me asking for a refund
It has been 2 weeks since I made my order and it seems to be taking so long to get through customs etc (I didn’t know it was coming from the US) that I doubt it now will arrive. Especially after seeing the other reviews. Gutted as these were Christmas presents.
Ordered a calendar back at the beginning of November, it hasn't arrived. They are saying it was delivered to a shop when it was shut outside of the shops opening hours. I have asked for a refund as it cannot be tracked and there is no proof of delivery and they are refusing to refund the money and saying that it isn't their responsibility to file any claims or look into what has happened. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Dont trust, i ordered an equestrian callandar over 10 days ago, no correspondence but funds taken
I bought a calendar 5 weeks ago, still waiting. Do not trust this company
Luckypig.co.uk is their address, yet it doesn’t exist. Yeah, I got overcharged by these cnuts.
Do not buy from them.
Beware, you could be overcharged. I pirchased an item and was overcharged but there was no reference to this extra charge anywhere in the order.
