The previous reviews are very accurate

The previous reviews are very accurate. I just ordered 3 Weatherbeeta blankets , never arrived though I paid for expedited delivery. My account was immediately debited. My prior order was for $300 heavy weight blanket and the stitching came completely off the blanket with clasps hanging after one night of wear. I said….well need another , so I’ll let this one go., that’s where I made my mistake. Ordered 3 blankets, dif weights…….lost in transit…..absolutely NO follow thru from Weatherbeeta customer service. Had to get my bank involved to research and threaten to reverse the $600 charge. After that my blankets arrived 2 days later. did Weatherbeeta contact me? NO, not to this date. PLease be forewarned.j

Cheap fixtures, lasted for 6 wears

Brought a heavyweight weatherbeeta stable rug last year, only been worn 6 times and one of the front clips has just snapped. Told to go back to retailer, I can't even remember who I got it from, as purchased online. Absolutely no help from weatherbeeta a all. The cost of the rug wasn't cheap and i'd expect at least a good few years of wear, not 6 nights! I've now got to get a new clean rug washed and repaired. Not happy at all

The warranty that Weatherbeeta…

The warranty that Weatherbeeta advertises on their website seems that it should say "put the customer through their paces and maybe they will give up".
There are a lot hoops to jump through to replace a turnout sheet that has defective waterproofing, bought 4 months ago and
only worn 3 times. A "45 minute water test"? No guarantees they will replace.....
Do I video said water test? Ridiculous
I used to be a loyal customer.

Poor aftercare service and products do not last

Poor aftercare service! Bought a lightweight waterproof jacket a year ago from Weatherbeeta (hardly worn) the zip has broken already, after phoning them was told via email we don’t offer a repair service, I would like to know what you do offer when your badly made products do not last a year, I would not recommend this company purely based on the poor quality of the products

My Online Order - no conformation email for what I paid for so, I didn't pay as yet for the 2nd Order.
It was the Weatherbeeta Black Friday Sale.
I have tried ringing numerous times - customer service etc.

Dublin long boots destroyed saddle & scratched new car

I was gifted a pair of Dublin long boots by a beloved one before they passed away. I loved my gift. After a while spent breaking them in, the blisters stopped appearing and they were comfortable to wear.

However, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of these boots. The metal rivets on the boots began to bend, and one snapped in half without my knowledge. This broken rivet badly scratched my Mal Byrne Turnout saddle and damaged the entry sill of my car, which is only 12 months old. This experience has left me deflated, as I’ve worked so hard over the years to afford and care for my car and saddle.

When I politely reached out to Dublin (Weatherbeeta) for support via email, I received a dismissive response on 28 August 2024. I was told that the 1 year warranty period had expired and that I should contact the store where the boots were purchased. I was hoping for a gesture of goodwill from a company like Weatherbeeta that publishes how proudly family owned they are, but it seems they do not stand behind their products.

Unsurprisingly you cannot find the boots online as current stock anymore. Cant help but assume that is because the design is flawed and poorly constructed with cheap below standard materials. I can’t help but wonder how many other people have been devastated by a similar experience.

I do not recommend purchasing from Dublin/Weatherbeeta if you are looking for quality gear that lasts or decent customer support when issues arise.

Horrible company

This company puts things in your order that are double the price of whatever you ordered. Forget about returns or exchanges that's a whole other problem with these CROOKS. FORGET ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE IS NONE.
BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. Katie, and Ashley are both terrible at the jobs. Neither one knows anything about customer service. Now I see why there reviews are horrible, because that's exactly what that company is HORRIBLE.

Worst customer service (Ashley…

Worst customer service (Ashley Williams) I ever received and they couldn’t care less about reoccurring customers. I received a defective blanket and they refused to reimburse/return/replace.

WB Can Figure Out Their Inventory And Doesn't Care

WB advertises having blankets in stock on their website. When you order the blanket, you get confirmation that the order is underway and is in shipping. The email shows the individual items being shipped. Several days later, you get an email stating that they don't have the blanket and that you're being issued a refund. The customer service brats are snotty and obnoxious. They don't care if they lose customers. POS systems have been in place since the 1980's. 40 years later and Weatherbeeta cannot manage to get their act together to know what they have in stock and they could care less as to why you NEED the blanket. I'm done with WB. They have made it clear that they don't need business.
12/15/23 update: WB received an item 5 days ago that I returned. Their new website is "broken" and they cannot issue refunds. They no longer have their customer service number posted on their website. So, they are now hanging on to my working capital. It sounds as though they have hired some cheap, hack development team who is piecemealing fixes to their broken website and inventory system. They send no emails advising customers about their issues. It's your job to chase them down to find out what's going on with your money.
