Terrible customer service for an average product.

I recently purchased two tee shirts for my son. While the boxy cut was appealing to him, I found the material to be thinner than expected. After washing them just once, following the care instructions on the tag, they shrunk significantly—by at least two sizes—and now no longer fit.

I attempted to contact the company through their website by sending four separate emails, hoping to resolve the issue and request a replacement rather than a refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from them. They have completely ignored all of my emails.

The lack of customer service, particularly the absence of a phone number for direct support, has been incredibly disappointing to say the least. Based on my experience, I absolutely would not recommend this company to others.
