Run away

Poor quality, worse customer service. I ordered a pair of sweat pants for my son. They were 3-4” too short. I reached out to exchange and got an automated response saying they were reviewing my claim. Crickets after that. I’ve sent several emails asking they step up and no response to any of them. Buyer beware. Just a terrible company to do business with. Move Along!!

This is the WORST company from which I…

This is the WORST company from which I have ever ordered. My order of December 7 is in black space somewhere. Customer service doesn’t respond. My credit card was charged December 7. It’s January 11 and my order is nowhere to be found. USPS tracking says waiting for package. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!

Like others, If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Ordered Early December, paid for shipping, no communication on shipment. I contacted them through email, phone & no feedback whatsoever. Two weeks after Christmas, order still waiting. I should have looked at previous reviews before I ordered from this company... they are a joke

If I could give 0 stars !

If I could give 0 stars !! I ordered in November and didn’t receive in time for Christmas. I was sent an email asking if I’d like to cancel and I replied yes, but was still sent the clothing. BTW the clothes are nothing special. Better quality at Holister. No laundry instructions on garment. They must be run by total incompetents.

Very disappointed

I placed an order on December 14th, and the tracking information says that USPS is still awaiting the item. Glad I got my son something else for Christmas just in case. This is a ridiculous amount of time for processing. Extremely disappointed and will not order from here again.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my son and paid for express shipping to ensure it arrived on time. It is now Dec. 30 and the package has not arrived and USPS is still awaiting it. I emailed LucidBlanks twice with no response.

This company is back logged in orders and has no customer service desk to contact. I ordered clothing on December 4th and my order has not been shipped. I have contacted the company many times without any resolution or helpful response.

I ordered three items for my son first…

I ordered three items for my son first week in December I had yet to receive a shipping notification. When I reached out on 12/19 I was told told item would ship 1-2 weeks after order, fine it would not be here by Christmas as of now 12/28 I still have not gotten a shipping/ order update. I have been scammed they do not respond to emails customer service is terrible I will never buy from them again.

Sweatpants may be okay, but customer service is atrocious

I will try to be honest:
1. One of the pants they sent me was in fact quite good. I really enjoy it and it might be my favorite sweatpant so far!
2. I bought two sweatpants. The grey large one was and is fantastic. The sapphire large one I got, shrunk way too much in the wash and to be honest, wasn't even the same size as the initial grey one I got.

3. I've ordered two more and have been waiting almost 20 days without so much as an update that the pant has even started delivery. They haven't been responding to any of my questions over email or even through the thing on their website.

All in all: I guess they can make good cotton sweatpants, but I would be careful because their customer service is honestly horrendous.

7 day return policy?!

Ordered heavy weight sweatshirt. At least it arrived. But this was a Xmas gift so it sat of a gift wrapped box waiting to be opened. Wish I’d known about their *7 day return policy*. How is one supposed to order for Xmas and return in 7 days? The fit is too large, and it’s 14 days too late to return. And it’s apparently too difficult to return anyway. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

STAY AWAY, THEY LIE

Zero is my rating. Ordered 3 items for Christmas based on them advertising "In time for Christmas". Guess what happened, yep, no packages. All the email communication is done by AI and sucks. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. It's sad when you trust a company to fulfill their promise and they disappoint you. I ordered the three items for my grandson and now he will disappointed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Looks like my son won’t be getting his Christmas gift:(

Pretty bummed out that I ordered a pricey sweatshirt for my son for Christmas weeks ago and have not received the item or any explanation as to why it hasn’t shipped. With this kind-of service or possible scam it’s no surprise they don’t have a phone number. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get my money back somehow. They are based in LA. It’s a little hard to believe shipping to San Diego would take a month. Beware of this company.

Sad that I ordered 3 items for my son…

Sad that I ordered 3 items for my son for Christmas on December 1st and they won’t be here in time for Christmas. They advertise “holiday” specials with zero intentions of having them shipped in time. Ended up having to go out and get new gifts last minute. Their response when you email is generic and has no real time line or information. Super disappointed and will never order from here again. If you don’t mind waiting 2 months for items then go ahead but if you actually want your items in a proper time frame don’t bother.

Awful sizing and abysmal customer support

I ordered 4 shirts all size medium, they all fit like extra small. I have contacted within the 5 day period for returns and after 3 days I am still waiting for a response. This brand and customer service are abysmal and I would not recommend purchasing anything from them.
