I never received my order that was place in December 10th and still haven't received anything yet, unacceptable, i send multiple email and the only answer i get is, "your package is on the way"

Shipping took approximately two weeks from the date I was notified it had been shipped. Date of experience may not be precise as I opened the package and gave the sweater to my girlfriend not knowing it was not the exact item I had ordered. I then disposed of the mailing label. The item received did not look anything like the item advertised on their webpage and the material appeared cheaper and the sleeves were of a different style. I'm pissed because I bought this item as a gift for my girlfriend. She says she can work with it but I would very much like to return it because I feel duped! How do I go about returning it for a refund?

The company didn’t confirm the whole order. Very difficult to get a response back.
Didn’t receive the order until 12/29/22

They dud what they said they would do and always responded to my email requests..

The order was delivered. My only problem was...I rec'd a tracking number but it never worked. I contacted you and you said wait. I thought shipping took too long. But, the product is good. Thanks.

4 weeks for delivery. Sweaters are not consistently sized and haven't yet heard back from Customer Service for a return authorization. Update: 3 weeks later and still no response.

true to what I saw online - loved final product

The material is quality, however the print is sloppy and almost blurry, not exactly as I would have expected. I do appreciate the packaging and the thick, nice material.

Shipping was slow

The order took forever to be delivered and no one responded to my request for delivery dates. When I finally received them the quality was poor and too large. I cannot wear this. Their is no phone number to contact anyone. I have made efforts to return or exchange via email and no one has responded which only leaves me with the option to dispute it through my credit card vendor. Mary Olson
