Soft, thick, great quality sweaters!

I ordered a particular sweater. MATERIAL AND COLOR WAS WRONG..I HAVE EMAILED 3 TIMES AND NO RESPONSE BACK..BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. ITS LIKE THEY ARE IGNORING MY EMAILS. HONESTLY DONT POST A PICTURE OF A SWEATER AND SEND WHAT EVER YOU CHOOSE..I LOVED THE PICTURE OF SWEATER THAT IS WHY I ORDERED IT. NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT I RECEIVED.

The sweater was just as advertised. It is looking veky and soft and fits great. Although the shipping was slow it was worth the end result!

My parcel was delivered with care and left as per instructed.
Lovely sweater but glad I went for a size up.
Also I didn't have to.wait long for my order
