First, let me say that I am a BIG fan of Luca Faloni. I have made several purchases from the company, and it has earned my respect. That is NOT, however, how I feel about my latest purchase of a 2-ply cashmere roll-neck sweater. While it is a nice sweater, it is by no means "special." And there's the rub. Luca Faloni products are quite special. That's what makes the VERY HIGH price point acceptable. But the cashmere sweater which arrived last week simply does not justify the price point. I have purchased cashmere sweaters at Nordstrom and/or Bloomingdales that look and feel the same - at nearly half the price. Saying this gives me no joy. You may compare my two previous surveys to see how well I have praised Luca Faloni in the past. But honest feedback is valuable, and this is offered with complete honesty. Use it as you may.

The company appreciates customer feedback and incentivise it with moderate discounts for future purchases. Orders are fulfilled swiftly and do no require any follow up by customer. Two suggestions: images on the website could have a higher resolution to be more informative and posting more information to translate european sizes to other markets.

I have recently ordered a second two-ply cashmere zip-up in order to replace the first one who unfortunately suffered from tear at both elbows.
I really love this knitwear and I wear it very often, e-in every day life and at the office. I guess that this is why it has been teared up at each elbow. If i may, I wish to suggest to add an option for having some kind of reinforcement piece at the elbow.

This was my second order from LF. I ordered a second pair of cotton pants, same size different color. The new pants were at least 1 inch shorter and the leg is narrower than the same pant from 6 months earlier, the pants were too small. I've had to send them back, requesting a replacement. I still don't know if the replacement pants will be sized differently than the pants I ordered originally. Currently 1 week after sending via UPS they still have not been delivered to LF in Toronto. LF needs to check the measurements for consistency given the prices they are charging.
