This company shouldn't be trusted but they did resolve the situation.

This company shouldn't be trusted, but they did rectify the situation.

They sent me two (not sure why I needed two) unsolicited attempts to gain work off the back of a planning application that we submitted.

They used counterfeit stamps for that purpose and I was charged £5 per letter to receive it. Clearly you don't know what the letters are before you receive them, so I was confused when they arrived.

Sending unsolicited letters is bad enough, putting counterfeit stamps on them to cost me money, whilst undermining their own standing is mind-boggling to me. Do not work with them!

Update: they did respond to me and offered to cover the costs. It seems a genuine mistake so I updated the review to reflect that.
