Ahmed found me a school where I could work and could always get him on a call .

Since I registered with LTF, Ahmed has been a great help. He has been very attentive about my job search. He was able to answer all my requests. He never let me down. With time, I started to trust him for his professionalism. Beside this, he is a friendly person.

Ahmed and Hugh were so hopeful and friendly and have answered all of my questions after starting my new role. The whole process was very smooth and communication has been excellent.

LTF have reset and then raised the bar as to how agency work could and should be! I’m not easy to impress but LTF are top notch.

I’ve been fortunate to have dealt with two consultants, Hugh and Ahmed, who are both brilliant in their own right.

Hugh for my sign up. It was from the get go, very personalised and a hassle free induction and I felt he asked the right questions. He was both patient and productive, I knew I’d really been listened to and was in good hands.

Ahmed has been my consultant since I’ve been placed in a role (a role that I adore might I add! So happy where they placed me) and I can’t rate him enough. He’s a diamond - literally a message away he’s always happy to help and advise in any way he can. What makes Ahmed exceptional is he makes a point of sharing positive feedback and has been so encouraging, which I personally find makes the world of difference.

You feel like you’re dealing with humans who are invested in YOU which is quite rare in their field. What a team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great experience with LTF. James and Laura were the agents who helped me. Within a few days of signing up, I was offered 2 interviews at good and outstanding schools in the area. I successfully interviewed and LTF took care of all of the paperwork based on what information id already provided. I worked long term supply from April-July and was paid well. James and Laura were always quick to respond to texts and queries. Highly recommend LTF

James (LTF) really helped with finding me work within a mainstream school for the long term. I've worked with other agencies but it was either day to day work or based in a special needs school. Since I was applying for a PGCE, mainstream was what I was looking for so I could have a feel of teaching a specialist subject (Maths) to students but also see how covid/lockdown has also affected students ability to learn and intermingle with one another. A great experience to say the least and a great eye opener!

The staff are extremely rude and die to the high demand they have they send very rude and dismissive emails and then when you contact via phone they talk over you l. Will definitely not recommend and will not be applying for an vacancies with this agency

LTF secured me long term work in a local school. The support provided was outstanding. James was my contact and he always responded immediately to my questions and was incredibly professional.

Rate of pay was negotiated through him with the school and he regularly kept in contact with myself and the school to support. What was also very nice was how James passed back positive feedback given by the school about me to me. This gave me a great feeling of accomplishment and has really helped to reignite my passion for teaching and learning as I felt very valued by all. Pay transaction was very smooth and rates of pay very competitive.

Ever since I’ve moved over to LTF whit Ahmed my work like and home life has been so much easier.
