Shortly after moving to London Post-pandemic, they managed to sign me up and get work while other agencies were still filing my paperwork. They moved fast to make sure I always had a new contract lined up before my current term had expired, and through it all treated me with a refreshing degree of respect and dignity. I could not have asked for better representation.

Found work pretty quickly when I first joined and this was a good role whilst it lasted. The day rate was confirmed verbally and via email. The pay rate was agreed as one figure but when it came to my payslip, it was far lower than discussed. I was very disgusted by this but this was rectified. This took a few phone calls to sort.
When I left the first school, they were slow at finding another role and did not want to find work for me unless I was willing to travel more than 15 miles! There are much efficient recruitment agencies than this.

My experience with Ltf was great! I was fortunate to come across the lovely Ahmed and Richard who supported me through the trial process. They were both very supportive as well as caring for their clients needs. They would both check in on me regularly as well as offer helpful advice when needed. As for improvement, the only thing I could mention is to give clients more critical feedback if rejected from a job opportunity.

My agent was Ahmed and he helped me find a job really quickly. He was friendly, professional and encouraging from the beginning; helping me with every part of the process from getting my DBS sorted to finding me trial shifts. The school he found was a perfect fit and I was offered the job after the first trial shift. We are still in contact now and he is helping me through the payroll process. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!

I found myself out of work just before Christmas unfortunately, I have many years experience in special need some schools and saw a job advertised on Indeed, with LTF Recruitment, I’d never heard of them before but applied... The amazing Siobhan contacted me (this was the Tuesday) on Friday Siobhan has got me into a school for an interview day.... I started work full time and long term in the school the Monday after!

My experience with LTF Recruitment has been amazing ! Having never used a company to find work before I didn't know what to expect and was a little nervous. From my first phone call my reservations and apprehension was gone. I really feel that I have received personal 1:1 service. Initial email contact to arrange a call to establish my needs and what LFT could do for me made me feel confident that there might be work available. LTF work with several schools in my area and within hours they had received my CV and availability and I was offered a trial day the same week. This has already led to me being in a work placement for this academic year. It is clear that Laura and LFT have strong working relationships with schools and staff and understand clients needs and staff experience to be able to match settings and education staff. I have had daily contact with Laura at LFT. She has checked in with me, offered help and advice and gone above and beyond (answering queries after office hours from me !) to make sure that I have settled in and have everything I need in order to navigate payments etc. I can't fault the service I have received and my experience means I would highly recommend LFT recruitment to other educational staff who are looking for long term / permanent work in schools.

I haven't worked with LTF for very long but the consultants take time to understand your needs and give you options matching your experience and career aspirations, they're never pushy just give you the information to make an informed choice. I have worked very closely with Siobhan and she's always on hand to talk through things and support. When in a setting she regularly checks in and strives to show settings your strengths. I am an SEN teacher who took a 1:1 role which she hasn't only extended for me but potentially turned into a more permenant teaching role, she's kept me in the loop the whole time and has great relationships with the settings she works with. I really trust Siobhan and the agency as a whole to keep my best interests at heart.
