I’m really pleased with the service from LTF Plumbing. The plumber did an excellent job fixing a leaking garden tap that could have easily led to serious damage if left unattended. Although it took a bit of time for him to arrive, he kept me informed throughout, explaining that he was attending to more urgent situations, which I really appreciated.
Once he arrived, he was prompt, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently, giving me real peace of mind. I’d definitely recommend LTF Plumbing to anyone needing reliable and high-quality plumbing work.

Lee attended my property as arranged and replaced a leaking radiator valve. However, during the work, air entered the system, causing an airlock that left me without heating or hot water for 24 hours.

Lee advised that I would need a gas engineer to resolve the issue and was unable to assist further. When the gas engineer attended the following day, they advised that the problem was caused by the radiators not being properly drained during the valve replacement and that this could have been resolved at the time.

Once the boiler issue had been fixed, Lee then had to attend a second time as the radiator was still dripping.

As a result of these issues, I incurred an additional £200 to have the airlock resolved. When I raised this with Lee, I was offered a £30 discount on my invoice, which I appreciated, but this did not come close to covering the additional cost for what should have been a straightforward valve replacement.

Transparent quote, easy to schedule and super efficient. Fixed a drippy tap, replacing fittings and disposing of the old ones so I didn't have to - even went the extra mile to switch my hot and cold water so they were the right way round. Thank you!

Thank you Lee for fixing our bathtub drain and external pipework. The work was done very quickly and Lee was good at problem-solving on the spot! Would recommend and will use LTF Plumbing again if needed.

A prompt and agreeable response to my request from a knowledgeable chap; and a most pleasant relief to me once he arrived to use his knowledge and expertise in the bathroom, where a pipe from the sink had become loose. No more water all over the floor!
He also quickly fixed the tap which was loose and positioned the handle of the cistern which was at an awkward angle. An excellent worker.

A leak from the toilet in my bathroom appeared without warning at 8pm. LTF Plumbing were with me within 30 minutes. The leak was fixed there and then by Lee, who was highly professional; knowledgeable; and polite. Highly recommended.

Shower fittings full replacement and re-caulking job around shower room and wash basin was booked and completed within days and the engineer Lee was excellent from start to finish.

We did have a slight issue around the shower tray as some caulking needed to be reapplied more generously which LTF responded to my 2nd call and resolved swiftly - no further issues thereafter so win win!

As before 100% highly reccomend LTF for all your plumbing needs! 🤝

Highly recommend. Following a leak in my bathroom I called LTF Plumbing who managed to come out the same day and resolved the issue. What fantastic team, very professional, prompt and efficient. Very friendly and reasonable priced. Thank you.

Lee came out to unblock my toilet yesterday.
I found him to be polite, efficient and very fairly priced, considering other quotes were way more expensive (one being £100 more)!
From my own personal experience, I would highly recommend him.

Please avoid these people. Lee has caused me and my family a lot of stress.

I don’t usually write reviews but this had to be done. He left us without a shower for weeks, was rude to me and my father, and even raised his voice over the phone.

He left the job unfinished and improperly installed our shower hoping that we would not notice. He had no desire to install it properly or rectify it. He also said he would install the ceiling lights for the original quote but came to my house and said he doesn’t deal with electrics.

Called this company to sort my leak, unfortunately the leak wasn’t sorted first time, Lee was rude over the phone when I called him back to try and rectify the problem. Leak resolved second time visiting my property. Wouldn’t recommend.
